Good Features, but highly unstable with some memory (Check the QVL on their website before buying)
So, i suffered with constant instability and crashes (Ryzen 5800X3D). All kinds of Error codes, until i figured out it's the memory. Tried without XMP, swapped to Corsair, XPG, GSkill, Tforce (all new, all 3200, 3600, both 16gb and 32 gb, same disappointing results, crashes), tried the last 3 Bioses, on all the mems, nothing worked. then finally installed the Patriot Viper Elite 2 4000Mhz, and it worked. Finally it was stable, no crashes. Frankly, It's not for the faint of heart. ASROCK needs to really tweak their boards to be more compatible with popular memories. It doesnt make sense that top 4 memory brands and SKUs all fail.

I grabbed one from the first batch stocked by Amazon UK in early July 2020. I've been running it with Ryzen 3950X and Debian 10 (backports kernel 5.6) for 24x7 scientific computing for a month and have never encountered a single glitch. There are a certain number of factors making this board one of the best choices for AM4 ITX: a) No pesky chipset fan; b) Front-side M.2 slot with heatsink; c) Front panel USB-C header; d) Centered CPU socket for heatsink compatibility; e) Support of ECC RAM; f) No daughterboards in sandwitch design; g) Excellent performance and cooling of VRM. I consider it a decent "upgrade" from the X570 ITX boards.

Awaiting a replacement, will give a full review in the next week. (REPLACEMENT RECEIVED) Excellent board, for my use-case. I am not planning on doing any overclocking, and in fact, might try undervolting if anything at all. ASRock's polychrome sync application works just fine, to control RGB on the motherboard and GPU. VRM Temps seem good. The availability of USB ports is really what drew me to this board, in addition to the internal USB-C header present on the board. Would recommend for any Zen 2 or Zen 3 Ryzen sff build. Oh yeah, and the Bluetooth and Wifi capability is also excellent. Getting better download/upload speeds compared to my previous ASUS PCI internal card. (PS) I packed this Mobo in to the Velkase 5 chassis, and I must say, what a great board for an ITX, sff build. The only oversight and thing to look out for this with case, is that the front panel of this case directly interferes with the SATA ports that are angled towards the front of the case, instead of straight up. Otherwise, everything was just fine.
