Yes. I do have a glass screen protector and it fits perfect.

2 pieces. Hard shell piece with kickstand and softer inner piece to hold tablet.

does it support portrait / vertical mode ?

Never tried Portrait but its does support Vertical very well. I'm doubted that it will hold the weight and give you best viewing angle on Portrait though.
