BRILLIANT ROLLATOR and I Received a Refund for the V.A.T.
I just love this Rollator. I am a 76-year-old lady and have osteo-arthritis all over my body (including my hands) - and need two new hips and knees - so I need as much help as I can get. This is the third walker I have owned. The first was a cage with a bag - very unstable and scary. I disposed of that and bought a Carlett 900. This is also fantastic - very sturdy with a solid seat and large capacity bag for shopping - yet it is rather cumbersome and doesn't fold easily. I will keep it for shopping purposes alone - but I needed a more lightweight one to take on the bus, attend hospital appointments and put in the boot of a friend's car. I had considered this one for a while - but the cost seemed rather high for an additional walker. However, now I have purchased it - I think it is worth every penny. The cost of all walkers has increased a lot recently - so this one doesn't seem that bad now - especially if you can claim the V.A.T. back. I managed to get a refund for the V.A.T. by requesting this from Amazon. As we all say - it is so incredibly light and beautifully engineered. I thought perhaps it would be too flimsy - and just a 'fashion accessory' for the rich and disabled - but no. I feel as confident pushing this as I do with my Carlett - more so, in fact, because it easier to fit into confined spaces - and you can slightly fold it and yet still feel confident that it will not wobble or fall over. It must be the only rollator that does not fall over when folded - without even using the strap. I live in a flat and have many stairs to negotiate - and I have to bump my Carlett all the way down - and get someone to help me to get it back up again when full of shopping. With the byAcre one I do not have the additional weight of my shopping and so can manoeuvre it slowly up and down the stairs - and store it in a small space. Did I mention it is beautiful? I always felt odd in my skinny jeans and modern clothes - using a walker! But now with my bright red byAcre Ultralight I feel confident again. The psychological aspect cannot be overestimated. So considering the beautiful design, and lightweight practicality - I highly recommend this rollator - you can try it for 30 days anyway and see if it meets your needs.

Fantastic and stylish walker
Gorgeous rollator that really is the envy of my mother’s care home. Easy to manoeuvre and glides beautifully on all services. Extremely light and easy to fold. This is not a cheap walker but worth every penny for a very stylish and different aid. My mother was walking with a zimmer frame and now speeds along with this whilst also moving with her head up whereas she was bent over her previous walker. She has dementia but was always very stylish and loves the look of this one. Wish I’d got one sooner

So lightweight
Love this rollator. It’s the second one I’ve bought. I have had mine a couple of years, and I bought this one for my mum. It’s really good quality, and there’s a choice of size. No assembly needed just adjust handles to a comfortable height. I bought these as I am very weak and have COPD, and I just couldn’t lift the other rollators anymore. These are so lightweight I can lift them in and out of the car. They are really stylish and I often get admiring comments on them.

So easy to use
I’ve never used another Rollator so I can’t compare however I do use crutches and find them difficult so wanted something easier to manoeuvre. This Rollator is amazing and probably the best thing I’ve ever bought in terms of increasing my mobility. It’s so easy to push and folds up and down quickly and with one hand if needed. I got the compact version which has the narrower wheelbase. I found the seat to be fine in terms of fitting and I am not slim. Highly recommend this product it is worth the cost

Guarantee not worth paper it is written on. Poor parking brake system.
Customer service from Acer was non existent - I bought this expensive product and the Acer Butler indoor rollator - The parking brake on both models was poor and on this model does not adjust-on the Butler it should adjust but quickly becomes ineffective. - I was advised through Amazon by Acer there was a two year guarantee on both of these expensive rollators but when the parking brake no longer held making them useless I turned to Acer to help. The Butler has only been used to and from the bathroom in the night in my house! Acer do not have any service facilities in the UK and passed the responsibility for their poor manufacture back to Amazon. If you valued quality products and the promise of guarantee, I suggest you look to better uk based products.

Not for the overweight
I bought the wide size - light and modern but definitely not for anyone carrying too much weight. I’m a size 20 and only just manage to squeeze on the seat. The backrest was a waste of money as makes it worse, forcing you forward and rendering the seat unusable.

Great product, dreadful customer service
Excellent quality product, delivered swiftly. However customer service is a joke. I lost the little elastic tie and ordered a replacement which at £13 was a bit excessive I thought. However after taking my payment the tracking details are not recognised. Three times contacted but nobody gets back. I paid £500 for this and in the scheme of things £13 is not a fortune but if this is an example of their customer service it's pretty poor.
