Quirky and fun-loving American heiress Daisy Bowman is the last unmarried Wallflower. Her exasperated father has informed her that if she can’t find a husband by the end of her third London season, Review: I'm crying - I've just finished the fourth book in one of the most delightful series I've had the privilege to read in years!! As I am typing this review I'm literally wiping tears from my eyes and cheeks. I had the chance to read each book one after the other without having to wait for months between each new book. So for the last 5 days I've read them all and was immersed in their individual stories and the collective friendships. I have fallen in love with every single character. I would even be so bold to ask "How could you not?" Each person introduced you felt from the first they were real with real lives, real stories almost too real where I could call upon them. The friendship of these 4 woman.... I envied!!! Who would not want to have 3 other woman as close friends. Where you could share your very deepest and darkest secrets, dreams and hopes and know without a doubt they were safe and not judged. What girl in her lifetime has not felt like a wallflower? Just waiting for a romantic life of her own. Now to the gentlemen in these stories. Each with their very different stories and friendships and merit. I could have loved each of them myself. I secretly did. (On a side note) if you are married/live in BF, be prepared and not surprised of the sudden amount of intimacy with your SO!:D I could not pick a favorite of them then I could pick a favorite child of mine. They all brought such depth and joy and worry and sexy to their stories. I also wondered at a few times during my reading..... Lisa Kleypas must have the most romantic husbands ever invented. They say to us budding authors "Write what you know." I would think this woman is well loved and protected and has a very happy marriage. The writing was brilliant the stories are amazing and if you are looking for a getaway please do not hesitate to read these wonderful four books. You will not regret it!! ohhhh and remember always have some kleenx with you :) Now..... I'm going back to my own personal box of kleenx and cry my eyes out. I will miss you Annabelle, Evi, Lillian and Daisy. You are the friends I've always wished I could have!! PSS... I just discovered a fifth book....... I'm so happy... off to read and will write another review when I've finished!! Review: A Very Enjoyable Read - For some reason I wasn't looking forward to reading this book after meeting with Daisy in the other three Wallflower books , I thought her a little too lightweight for a good romance- but I was wrong and I have to say I enjoyed it from start to finish - not only is the romance great but there are some extremely funny scenes also.I found myself laughing out loud on several occasions ( and that is something I am not prone to doing while reading ). Along with Lillian's story these are my favourite Wallflower books - well worth a read
