I cannot live without these. They last forever and bring comfort every shoe I put them in. That said, they won’t fit into heels but I don’t wear heels so no problem. They dig into heeled boots and such. Love walking in these and I have back problems from car accident. These have helped my mobility immensely. High quality product. Been loyal buyer of these over a decade!

I wear men's new balance shoes size 8.5 wide width so they fit perfectly.Thickness: hard shell underneath and padding on top. Does it's job! May take a few days to get used to but you don't notice after a bit.
