الصراحه صدمني طعمه مراا لذيذ تحس انك تشرب حلاو اشربه مع الوجبه واحط معه ثلج مراا لذيذ ما اطبل له بس عيبه الوحيد انه صعب التفكك يصير كانه حلاو جوا لازم ترجه بقوه ولمدت دقيقه الى دقيتين عشان يتفكك اذا المويه بارده مرا اذا دافيه لا بيكون سهل التفكك بعدها حط ثلج

It definitely does the job by delivering fast energy when consumed, and it has a nice taste (although it’s very sweet). I cut it with some salty electrolyte mix and use it on my long bike rides, and it’s perfect. Only issue is that it’s quite expensive when compared to a tub of maltodextrin about 5x the amount.
