Doing the job well!
I've installed these all over my Peterbilt work truck in the process of running aftermarket colored lights so my truck can look cool at night in the truckstop. Lol. I do about a 100,000 miles a year on the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada (Florida to Maine, Ontario to Nova Scotia) and I've encountered all manner of weather and temperatures in my travels but the 3M stick pads are holding strong and none have come loose after months of use. I have these everywhere from behind the bumper (very exposed) to under my cab (somewhat protected) and it doesn't seem to matter. The zip ties are small but they come with adapters you can use for larger ties or if your are just running bare wires without the protective loom cover. I'm very happy with this purchase thus far.

Great for hiding wires
These worked out perfect for running wire inside a kayak, so far they have held on and not came loose at all. Definitely worth checking out!!

Pretty nice kit.
Pretty nice little kit I bought this for doing LED undercabinet lighting. Has worked great to strap the low voltage wire up or down depending if you’re above the cabinet or below the cabinet. Has pretty decent adhesive. The only thing I don’t care about the adhesive it’s more like a foam with stickiness on both sides. So if you pull the zip tie a little too hard, you can rip the foam.

30 Pack 2 inch Zip Tie Adhesive Mounts Self Adhesive Cable Tie Base Holders
The set includes 30 zip tie mounts with both adhesive backing and a screw hole option for extra security. I love the versatility – you can either use the adhesive to stick them down on smooth surfaces, or screw them into place for a more permanent fixture. The adhesive on these mounts is extremely strong, and they stay in place even on surfaces that usually don’t hold well, like painted walls or plastic. The 8-inch zip ties are the perfect length to hold cables tightly without being too bulky. I used these to tidy up the cables behind my TV and around my desk, and everything looks so much neater now! It’s a simple and inexpensive way to keep your cables from tangling or getting in the way. Highly recommend this pack to anyone looking for a simple cable management solution!

Great adhesive.
The only thing you need these things to do is NOT fall off the surface they are mounted to. That's not easy to accomplish and impossible for some surfaces. But for surfaces that are possible to mount to like steel, flat shiny plastic, tile or most any smooth, non-oily surface these 3M adhesive wire tie base holders are holding just fine under somewhat challenging conditions: outdoors in non-direct sunlight environments, inside the refrigerated section of a refrigerator at 37°F, inside a low voltage electric box, inside a commercial clothes washing machine and on the galvanized metal surface of a commercial dryer in a non-direct heat location like a wire distribution/relay enclosure. None have let go yet. As a rule for anything being applied with an adhesive I always clean the surface of any dirt to which it will be applied and then use alcohol on a clean rag to dissolve any oils before mounting while keeping my fingers off the adhesive. Another great 3M product: one of the few original American companies still making quality products, most still in the U.S. and retaining a brand name to rely on. I will always be willing to pay more for a quality product - but in this case did not even have to.

3 Stars: Decent Cable Management Solution with Limitations
The 140 Pack 3/4" Zip Tie Adhesive Mounts are a really helpful accessory in keeping cables and wires in order, either in the workplace or at home. This adhesive mount is very easy to use and will attach easily to most smooth surfaces, making for a very easy setup. Combined with the included zip ties, these mounts help keep cords neatly in place, reducing clutter. It isn't the most aggressive adhesive, especially over textured or otherwise uneven surfaces-it can eventually let go, particularly in higher ambient temperatures. Also, the plastic material is somewhat fragile under high tension. While fine for light applications, they will not take too much heavier cables, nor too long of continuous use.

Great concept, but can't hold much weight due to flawed design
Being able to use cable ties makes these very versatile for cable management. They work great for small and light cables and are perfect for organising cables under my sit-stand desk. Unfortunately they do not hold very much weight, so if you're trying to manage longer or heavier cables, big bundles of cables, or hang other items I think you should look elsewhere. 3 Speaker Wires seem to be too much for these to handle no matter how many I use, and my tapestry has fallen down twice now (it isn't even very big). I suspect they would hold a lot more weight if the cable mounts were better designed to stick to the adhesive pads. The way these are designed, there is for some reason a square cutout where the plastic should be attached to adhesive, so only the outer edge of the adhesive pad connects to the plastic. A lot of sticking power is lost because of this so the adhesion fails between the plastic cable mount and the adhesive pad, rather than between your wall and the adhesive pad. As a result, if the weight is too much, you will end up having to scrape 3M foam off your walls when it detaches. Fortunately the 3M is not too difficult to remove, but it becomes a pain when you try using a lot of them in the hopes that they will stay. Of course, you could use the small holes to nail them in to avoid this issue, but I wouldn't be shopping for adhesive cable organisers if I wanted to put holes in the walls...
