It's pretty good for a cheap arm support.
I'm an retiree pc gamer and have the usual aches and pains, especially my right arm. This has helped my arm fatigue on long gaming sessions. I'm a big guy (6 ft) and it's holding up nicely, it flexes a little with your arm weight on it but so far it's not a problem nor does it feel like it's going to break. The top of the clamp is too thick but it's doable. It gives that little bit of forearm support that I need, I'd say it's good for the price.UPDATE: I made this review when I bought it April '23, it's now Jan '25 and this thing is still as sturdy as it was. It has reduced my right arm pain significantly (I game a lot as my main recreation) Originally I gave it 4 stars (it felt cheap), I've added a star and a pic. I highly recommend it if you have arm/wrist pain.

Works.
It’s plastic so don’t expect anything else. I have it mounted on my keyboard tray that I have a pad on so this keeps the item in place. It’s worth it, for the price, just be cautious with it…..it’s plastic.

Price is right and so is the size
I wasn't sure how well this support would work. I don't have wrist pain; I have shoulder pain because I'm holding my arm a little too high. I also didn't want anything too heavy or bulky that would get in the way of my mouse and mouse pad. This low-cost item (compared to some similar items) is plastic but very sturdy. I attached it to my desk and can comfortably rest my forearm on it without worry. Because you can swivel the arm, I was able to attach it on the far right and swivel back so the grip isn't in line with my arm. I do think it needs some padding, so I added a little gel cushion (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08B7XR4VB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) that works great. I was pretty sure I'd end up returning this, but am definitely keeping and highly recommend!

Avoid this at all costs.
This is cheap. It even feels cheap. I doubt it will hold more than a few pounds. The "lock" is a big plastic screw that has no has no ability to grip what it's supposed to grip. Even if it did, there's so much space for the screw to flop around it won't lay flat. It leans downward instead of flat. Not by a little bit, but by at least 20-30 degrees.Installing it was problematic because of the screw being so loose. Yes, it tightens, but not in any useful position. It won't support an arm in any useful position, let alone a wrist. It simply can't hold the weight in a functional position. It causes more wrist pain than it fixes. It's uncomfortable and awkward.I would not recommend it to anyone I cared about. And I do plan to return it. Do not buy this. It's awful.

Big but too small. Confusing, right?
This works ok for my mouse but I wish it were a little wider. I stopped using it for that after a while. These days I just keep it clamped on my desk to sit my sandwich on it. But it has held up for a year. Assembly shouldn't be an issue. Just pop the top on and clamp it.

It’s an excellent solution and product. I believe it’s durable. I’ve read/seen an other reviewer showing broken parts but I believe it may have happened when they were leaning into it beyond reasonable force. This is made with a strong plastic material to put your lower arm or wrist on it.It is easy to remove the rotating arms rest from the base desk attachment.

Surprisingly Sturdy
I've had this for months and it is still durable. I've knocked it out of place a few times and I was still able to use it. I use it everyday and it really helps with arm fatigue. I put a lot of weight on it and it holds in place.
