I recommend - Quality, comfortable and proper audio setup for conference calls.
i've gone through 3 headsets trying to find the right one. I work remote and am on conf. calls often so having a good headset is a must. I learned that price does not = quality in this case. These are light, you can wear them for long periods of time without too much discomfort. The earpieces cover your ears but leave some room for a little outside noise (i don't like having the world around me 100% muffled)If you are using these through skype for business, when you are on a conference call, your voice is piped through the earpieces as well. You can't really tell you are hearing yourself through the headset because it's so minimal, however, this feature helps you speak more clearly. It also prevents you from having the feeling of talking to someone with earmuffs on.I purchased these in the mid-upper $30 range and think they are priced well for the quality. The mic picks up my voice clearly and the sound quality on them is (in my opinion) above average for a headset designed for home/business use.So far, any background noise heard by others on the line has been minimal.I recommend!

Very good for video conferences
I use this every day at work. We use both Zoom and Teams. The sound quality is very good and your voice gets a very nice mildly compress closed mic sound. It is also good to not carry to much ambient sound through the mic. It is light so it does not get uncomfortable with long calls, and easy to carry in your backpack.I'd say the only con is that it does not do a great job in insulating the surrounding noise. In other words, if you are in a noisy environment, the headphones does not block the ambient noise good enough. Don't get me wrong, your party at the other end won't complain, but you may be distracted by your coworkers' loud conversations.Overall, an very good product.

These headsets have great audio quality
Yes!!! These headsets have great audio quality. I have two of them that I use with Voice Meeter & Audacity software to record my podcasts. They do a fantastic job. They do need pop filters, however, so I made some just for them. With pop filters, the audio quality is amazing.

Good for conf calls, not great for recording voice
The headset is rather creaky, and the microphone unfortunately will pick up those creaks, so you'll wind up editing those out in post. This is a good headset for casual meetings and such, but don't rely on it for recording voice for videos.

Excellent for Work at Home
Need to get a New Headset, this time went with Plantronics, known for quality and reliability. You can go with cheaper brands but because I'm using this one for work at Home Agent, need to play safe. It have noise cancellation but I'm not sure if is active or working, there's no indication- this is my only complain. Everything else, sound, comfort, quality...etc Is Excellent !

Perfect for skype calls as well as listening to music
Had been struggling with my skype calls when working from home using the old pair I had. Time for an upgrade and these fit the bill. They fit nice over your ears and work perfect with glasses. Sound is good and has a nice base sound to them. The last pair I had sounded real tinny so that was why I tried these. Mic is great and sounds good too.

Good quality and reasonable value.
Headphones work well decent sound quality. My main complaint is the head set is a little tight and hurts my ears after about 1 hour of use. The usb cable is a little fragile if you shut it in a draw or it is attacked by pets.

Ok I guess
Seems to be a quality headset for the price. The side adjusters move kinda easy. They are plastic. My unit was damaged in shipping but not the fault of the manufacturer. Never got a chance to use the headset.

Poor headset, annoying supporting application, poor sound pickup
The headset itself does the job, but doesn't stay comfortable for long... too much spring in the band makes it want to slide forward while 'closing' itself. The mute also causes an annoying notification from the associated application, I'd much rather it just muted. Also noticed that sometimes the headset has a green light when in use, sometimes it doesn't. Haven't figured out why yet. Finally, people report lots of distortion when I speak, this is minimised by moving the mic up to eye level. Overall, a poor headset... much preferred the Microsoft LX-3000 I had before.

Not very comfortable and no external noise protection
I am replacing a Plantronics C420 headset which served me well but has faulty wire and new C420 is no longer available,The C320 - I am somewhat follicly challenged and the hard plastic headband is not very comfortable on my head, the C420 had a padded headband which was much better. The ear pads are fairly stiff foam and offer little in the way of comfort and no obvious reduction in external noiseSound quality is however reasonableWiring is thin and and obvious drawback with a 'Wired' headsetI should have tried a 7 series or bluetooth/wireless but cost is MUCH higher

Mic failure after 4 months
It worked well but then the microphone failed after 4 months of use.UPDATE: Plantronics have replaced the headset quickly without fuss, though I did have to pay shipping to return it.

Quality of the sound
Sound quality is superb...and headphone puts very less pressure on the ears, so one can use it for long period of time
