Does this knife have a lifetime warranty

Hi, we only offer 30 day money back guarantee, but as for the warranty, you would have to ask the manufacturer (Kobalt).

Is the knife, the one that is pictured? Because there are a couple people that posted pictures saying that it's not the same knife that's pictured.

It is not the same knife as pictured. You are buying #0367251 but you get item #0364867. Which is NOT the same.

Do you have to unscrew the base/handle to access the blades?

No you just push the button on the blade holder. The knife does not store extra blades in the handle.
