Russian Edition of The Idiot
A great classic. It is about a two people who view the world differently--a sinner and a saint, as it were, the saint being looked upon as an idiot. I love reading the classics, but don't expect them to be like the novels of today. However, if you can get past that, and consider the time period in which they were written, and in this particular story, the values and world as it was in Russia at that time, you can truly appreciate this book. My daughter-in-law grew up in Russia, and was wanting some Russian editions of some of the Russian classics, and amazon did not fail me. A great find for a great price.
