## Description

Viscopaste PB7 is an open-wove bleached cotton bandage impregnated evenly with a paste containing 10% Zinc Oxide BP together with Glycerol BP, Cetostearyl Alcohol BP, Cetomacrogol BP, White oil BP, Guar Gum, Xanthum Gum, Methyl p-hydroxybenzoate BP, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate BP and Purified Water BP. The bandage is off-white in colour and supplied rolled ready to use. Viscopaste PB7 is used as an adjunct to compression therapy in the management of leg ulcers, where venous insufficiency exists and in the treatment of chronic eczema/dermais where occlusion is indicated.

Review: First used this in a unna boot, then found out it is useful for treating diabetic leg ulcers, so I like to keep it on hand. If used as soon as skin breakdown is noticed, it can prevent ulcers from forming. I don’t think it is it’s intended purpose but it works for me. It is basically a bandage with zinc paste in it.

This stuff works great and soothing to dry and blisters skin or healing wounds, but it said there were 2 count. I only received one box with one inside. Very misleading
