This brand of individual packets of electrolyte powders tend to be expensive, when you can even find them. This is an excellent value. The perfect dissolves well with vigorous shaking (make sure to leave room to shake; if using in plastic water bottle, take a big drink before adding.) My husband uses these daily. He works outdoors in Florida (and he hates the taste of plain water!) These are the perfect solution. They taste great and encourage him to drink more everyday.

Love the taste and convenience but tends to be a little sweeter than other electrolyte brands I have tried. Mixes well and have not incurred any stomach issues using this in my daily water intake. Definitely recommend as one packet can adequately flavor 32 oz. of water if you don't want a concentrated taste.

Before I bought the 96 packets, I tried these with just a couple of boxes. I got the fruit punch. I love them. I had been buying the Stur Liquid Water Enhancer , Fruit Punch, Zero Sugar squeegee bottles and although they are very good, they are more expensive. Importantly, there are no bad ingredients in Stur and I think they are absolutely delicious. I like the convenience of the packets, and I like the price. I will be buying these from now on.

I did not love this fruit punch flavor. I think it taste like paint. However, I had my son try it, and he loves it. He says it taste like Gatorade, so it's all his!

I am a big fan of Stur products and have been using their water enhancers for years. They use stevia for sweetening which is much easier on my stomach than the chemical sweeteners. I also find that it tastes much better than the chemical sweeteners. Due to some health issues I have been having some hydration issues and I have never been able to stand the taste of Gatorade or Pedialyte - they literally make me gag and often will not stay down. As a diabetic I also need to watch my carbs and sugars so when I saw Stur was introducing this new electrolyte hydration powder I thought I would give it a try. I went for the Fruit Punch as citric sometimes is harsh on my stomach and I like the Fruit Punch water enhancer. This tastes fairly good and has 0 sugar and 2g of carbohydrates. It does have 230mg of sodium but it is my understanding sodium is necessary in a hydrator so I just make sure I do not drink it frequently. I am still not 100% onboard with the taste as like other electrolyte products it does have a bit of a salt aftertaste. I am hoping other flavors will be added (coconut pineapple is my personal favorite hint hint Stur) and possibly another flavor will disguise the aftertaste a bit better. For now it is doing its intended job and getting me to drink more water and it still tastes better than other products I have tried. It has a lot of pluses going for it so if you are looking for a replacement electrolyte solution I would highly recommend this. The portability is a great benefit as well as it is small enough to carry anywhere.

Not salty tasting which I like

BEWARE!! This stuff made me retain way too much sodium. My kidneys almost shut down. If you drink this, at a maximum, two packets a day mixed with water in between. You must be active to drink this stuff. I wasn't sweating enough and with the four packets I was drinking a day. Four packets are 40% of my daily sodium. Plus this has Maltodextrin which bonds with carbohydrates and causing your kidneys to retain sodium and shoot up insulin levels. I had high blood pressure, bloating, water retention that made me swell and overall felt bad. I did it for a month drinking two to four packets a day.
