product packaging is awful
the product is okay ig? this is my first time using a cleansing balm and I was okay with it but the product packaging is faulty. it's not that you will "get" faulty product if u are unlucky it's just how the product is built, the lid *will* break in a few days. honestly I would suggest you go for some other brand. I would not buy from them again.

Product is alright. The packaging is terrible - the broke the first time I opened it and is breaking more with every use

Recieved broken bottle
Though the packaging was good , the cap was broken. And it smells very unpleasant

Dried out my skin, Not recommended
thanks for giving extra lid, as the lid has 2 cracks. but this product dried out my face n skin around eyes(normal skin). this could have happened cz it has Salicylic Acidnot recommended, waste of money

Irritated my skin
My skin normally wouldn’t react to products but this one broke me out and right when I applied my skin was itchy and the smell is awful

Terrible cleansing balm
One of the worst cleansing balms, it leaves a waxy coating on the skin, doesn't emulsify and wash away like normal cleansing balms. And the lid broke almost immediately.
