These do what they say, they smooth out ur lower stomach and stay up. The back is the problem. It continues to ride up so while u feel comfortable w ur front, ur constantly trying to shimmy the back down to hide panty lines. Its pretty irritating, but if u have a tight fitting dress, it does the job if u can handle the wiggling to readjust the backside!

I'm slender, 5'6 and 117 pounds, but I've had two kids so I don't have a flat stomach anymore and I have butt cellulite, the latter being what I bought these for. I didn't want the dimples in my behind showing through my satin skirt or a pair of trousers I have. I will say that once on, these made everything look smooth and what I was hoping for. But they don't stay in place AT ALL, and in fact, created rolls I don't have, like a big muffin top below my 28 inch waist. And hip dips. The worst part was the bulge they created on my right butt cheek when they rode up. I went to the bathroom to pull them back down but as soon as I sat down, there went that right side again. I felt so self conscious. I actually think my body would have looked better without the Spanx. A little cellulite is preferable over a muffin top and a right butt cheek with a big old crater that wasn't there before. Unfortunately I can't send these back because I wore them. You really cannot tell what a pair of Spanx is going to do until you walk around in them for a few hours unfortunately. I'm back to searching for something else I can wear under my clothes to smooth my butt and based on the reviews I'm seeing, I'm not finding anything that doesn't create rolls, show through clothes, or cause misery, etc.

Right out of the package these are great, exactly the rise and coverage im looking for. Not too high or low and comfortable. My beef with these is the quality! For the price these things should last at LEAST a year, but I find after 3-4 months of wear and washing, the hosiery-type material across the butt begins to run/separate and pull away from the crotch. It's really a bummer because these are absolutely my favorite underwear in terms of comfort and fit, but I find it hard to stomach buying 4-5 pairs several times a year because they don't hold up to normal wear. I know that handwashing and hanging to dry might help but I have to do laundry for four people and it’s rare that I remember to do that. For what it’s worth, there is a single pair of these that I have that are a cotton blend vs the stretchy Lycra-like material that hold up well, but I can’t seem to find them again.

I love the color. The only thing I wish it had, to keep the top from rolling down and to stay in place. They are comfortable but if you have a bit of a gut, it will roll down and not stay in place.

Simply the best underwear I’ve ever worn. The tummy support is awesome, it’s as this as skin. You can feel it. It’s nice and snug. I purchased one to try and after I was wearing it for a day I purchased 5 more. They’re very pricey but worth every penny. I put it in the washing machine but decided to hang them to dry. I think they would last longer that way. Just my opinion.

Had these for 4 months and they are already falling apart at the seams. These are extremely comfortable but do not offer much support. There are no lines and no muffin top which is why I’ve bought these twice. The only bad thing is there is glue that hold the seams together and it doesn’t hold past 4 months. For the price it should last much longer.

Love the fit, comfortable, smoothing with slight compression. Recommending to all my friends!

I will slowly transition my drawer to include more of these as everyday wear. Snug but not hard to pull on. Anyone with arthritic hands or wrists should be able to manage. It smooths rather than harshly shapes the belly.
