I was looking forward to receiving this product as was wanting something to prop up the ipad on bed. Quite n expensive product it is sold as featured in many newspapers and nominated for gift of the year 2020, it looked to be good quality and for let's face it the price I would expect high quality. It arrived promptly and I took it out of the box. So far so good. The colour is slightly differnt to what I was expecting, I chose giraffe print and thought the background would be white not beige however my BIG concern with this product is how do you clean/wash it? It's apparent that the polystyrene balls inside are NOT encased in a separate bag, so if you undo the zip they would all fall out!? Why even have a zip then? I would expect this kind of product to be un-lined from a cheap brand, not one such as this. With all the nice branding and packaging I am amazed they have done this, indeed very disappointed. I look forward to a brand response as to how I am meant to clean the item without a spil of hundreds of polystyrene balls?

What a fantastic idea this is. I like to read in bed until the early hours and was looking for something to support the weight of a heavy hardback book which this does brilliantly. The bean bag itself is so light it sits easily on your lap and a bonus for me is that it means I tend not to cross my legs to help support the book as I used to do, so my posture is improved too. It even has a little pocket in the side for your bookmark/pencil/phone or specs. The handle on the top is a clever touch as it means when I lie down to sleep I can hang this over the corner of my bedpost and it is there ready for me the next time I need to use it. This is a great product, the sort of thing that makes you wonder how you managed without it!So why only four stars? The price! I would love to know the unit manufacturing cost of these but if they are selling at £25 each someone is making a very fat profit, thank you very much! I hope to see more competition creeping in so that the price will come down to something sensible. An elderly friend of mine was going to order one but decided against at this price. That is a shame as I know it would benefit her enormously. Perhaps she will get one for her birthday ...

Comes nicely packaged, cute fabric. That’ll it for the positives. It’s just a very small bean bag. I needed something to hold my kids tablet on their lap or on a table so they could take their hands off it. That doesn’t work. Nowhere near stable enough, the tablet is always about to fall, there’s nothing to wedge it. Had ordered both this and a book monster (I don’t work for book monster, I swear!) and the book monster is definitely a better option. This is no more use than any small cushion you already have somewhere in your house to raise a bit you tablet or book while on your lap.

The price of this small beanbag seems quite ridiculous but I decided to buy one and see if it made life easier for me and I have to say I absolutely love it.I have a variety of health issues and holding a tablet or my kindle always gets to be too difficult,they become heavy or my arms and hands start to really hurt after a short while.Now I can have either propped up on my tiny beanbag and I can poke at the screens with a small soft ended pen which is making life much nicer.The material is good quality and its very well made,I'm so glad I decided to bite the bullet and buy one regardless of the price.

I have to agree with all the comments about the price because it does seem overpriced for a tiny bean bag BUT no one forced me to buy it. And I'd spent fruitless hours searching for a lap stand or cushion for my new iPad Pro 12.9 and could find nothing suitable so,against my better judgement, I bought one and I love it ! I was very sceptical when it arrived,didn't believe that I would entrust my very expensive new toy to this flimsy scrap of fabric filled with a few beans but I've been using it a few week now and wouldn't be without it! It does indeed hold my iPad Pro in its case very comfortably on my lap,in bed or on the table and I would certainly recommend it. Well done iBeani !!
