will this screw into the inflate-r compressor?

If you have to screw the inflator hose onto the tire valve this will screw onto the inflator hose. I am very happy with my Dewalt after adding this air hose it makes it easier and faster to add air.

Is there a pressure gauge that fits to this locking chuck? Seems locking chuck with a gauge would be great combination as many gauges leak at stem.

I think you could put just about any pressure gauge on the threaded end if you could find one with a female screw-on no-leak fitting -- think most guages just have a pressure fitting for quick on-off measurement. I think I would sooner just use the pressure gauge directly on the tire valve.

will his work on a husky ire inflaer?

Not sure, the on my inflator will screw on to a valve stem. If the hose for your Husky will screw onto a valve stem, these chucks will work.

Will it work to fill tires on a bike with presta connector?

They will only connect to threaded air compressors like a Ryobi P747 or an Airhawk Pro.
