Hi Sandra, I ordered and received this lovely vase, just under 12 inches high, at least a year ago. It arrived in perfect condition with its own protected box and then had an additional shipping box around it. This vase is well proportioned to hold a large number of floral elements. Since I am so happy to have this vase, I am inclined to encourage a second attempt to secure one. All the best!
