Dear Zoo: A Lift-the-Flap Book

This is an adorable book! It’s so much fun to read with kids. My grandson loves it! I got it for him when he was 9 months old and he still loves it at almost 2.Kids love the suspense of seeing what animal the zoo sent next and opening the flap to see. The pictures are cute and colorful and the writing is just right to keep little ones interested.I live across the country from my grandson, but my daughter is good about FaceTiming. So I use that time to read to him. And this book is great for that. He loves when the flaps open to see what animal is there. (Although he already knows, because we’ve read it so many times.) But we love it anyway.It’s a wonderful book. Definitely worth buying.

Such a cute and interactive book for little ones! My one-year-old absolutely loves Dear Zoo. He especially enjoys lifting the flaps to see what’s underneath, and it keeps him engaged from beginning to end. Lift-the-flap books are some of his favorites, and this one did not disappoint. It’s simple, fun, and perfect for this age.

Adorable! I hadn't ever read this book before. My son went NUTS over it the first time we read it! Be ready to teach "gentle hands" because the flaps can get easily bent and messed up. It doesn't have a lot of words, the pictures aren't overwhelming and it's entertaining. I would definitely recommend.

My 9 month old loves this book! Bright & fun illustrations - great for naming animals & colors. I thought for sure they’d rip, but the flaps are surprisingly sturdy against grabby little hands!

I buy this book every time my kids destroy it because it is an all time favorite. I just had my 4th baby and it's the favorite first book for all of them

Decent book with good illustrations, I just wish it had a bit more in the wording itself. The flaps are great and sturdy as previous other reviews point out.

This book is an absolute family favourite! We buy this book again and again because it is so well loved in our home. We have gone through two copies ourselves, and I also gift it at every baby shower we attend because it is such a fun book to read with little ones.The story is engaging, playful, and perfect for reading together. My son is now five years old and still enjoys reading it, which says a lot about how much children love this book. I highly recommend it for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers!
