Con questo stampo sono riuscito a fare sia dolci al cucchiaio che dolcetti con l’impasto del ciambellone. Sono molto belli e resistenti, la qualità è indiscutibile. Bisogna ovviamente selezionare le ricette più adatte così che i dolci possano mantenere la forma. In ogni caso il silicone permette di sformare le ciambelline senza alcuna difficoltà e senza bisogno di ungere la superficie.
