So the description says same formula and ingredients as before meaning it has a 90+ protection? Is this suitable for oily/combination skin?

My dermatologist recommended this product for my skin type since I have oily/combination skin. I have been using this product for over 4 years. I use it every morning. Fine product.

Is this good for brand new scars?

Why is it "previously spf90"? they are still selling spf90 version. i'm confused. is 90 is thicker and 50 is thinner and easier to apply?

Can't answer why it was previously spf90 but the texture is much smoother and easier to apply than the old one. Used it on a 20 mile kayak trip on the water and direct sun between 1030 am and 230 pm and only burned on my lower arms where I kept splashing water from paddling and realized I didn't focus applying well on my arms-nor did I pack it to reapply when stopping to refuel! Lesson learned-but to not have a burn on my super fair skin anywhere else is a testament to the strength of the protection this product gives!Hope this answer helps! (During the week I mix in cerave anti aging sunscreen with spf50 for face for more matte finish and ceramides also since this has a bit of a sheen)
