Review: Excellent Quality at a Great Price! - I bought these headphones to use with my iMac. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks and have to say I’m very impressed with them and happy with my purchase. I find the sound quality to be excellent for both music and movies. It isn’t at all “tinny” sounding like I’ve experienced with other cheap sets. They are also very lightweight and comfortable. I do wear glasses and find these fit comfortably with them. For the best comfort I put on the headphones first and then the glasses. I haven’t fully tested their range but have moved about my house without any issues. The audio has been just as strong at the opposite end of the house as it has been sitting right in front of my Mac. I have paired these headphones with my Mac, iPhone and iPad. The pairing process is easy and very smooth. It is no problem at all to move among my devices with one set of headphones. I have not, however, used them for a conversation on the iPhone so I can’t say how well they do for that purpose. My only use has been listening to music or videos with them. Battery life has been outstanding. I’d estimate I’m getting about 10 hours of actual use time before charging. I like the fact that they fold easily for storage beside my computer and the mini usb charging cord stays plugged into a hub so I can easily plug them in for charging. When the charge gets low you do get an audible beep to let you know it’s time to charge. Once I hear that beep and plug them in for charging, it takes about 2 hours for a full charge. The only negative thing I can say about the headphones at this time has to do with the rubber piece covering the charging plug. It is attached to the ear piece on one end and is suppose to fit snuggly on the other end to cover the charging port. After a few charging sessions I find mine doesn’t fit as it’s suppose to any more without a great deal of effort. It’s not a big problem and I’ll probably remove mine completely at some point. I am very pleased with the quality of these headphones. I wasn’t expecting a whole lot for $25 so I am pleasantly surprised. These are a steal for the price.
Review: Great Headphones - Better Customer Service - I ordered these headphones because of the great reviews. I was looking for a good set with wireless and behind the head features. These were a good choice from a reviews/price/features standpoint. I got the headphones in 2 days via Prime. I got all excited and opened them and plugged in the charger and charged them up for about 4 hours. Completely charged, I fired them up. They connected to my Galaxy S3 phone quickly. I started my music player on my phone and the sound was great. Good bass, great highs, clear sound, no wireless hiss. I listened for about 10 minutes and then the headphones died. I couldn't even turn them on. Just totally dead! I went through all the trouble-shooting stuff I could find and I am very technically savvy. I received an e-mail from Kinivo after a couple of days wanting to make sure I was happy with my new headphones. I responded to let them know that I had only had the phones work for about 10 minutes and then they just died. A few days later, they responded letting me know that they were sending a whole new set of headphones and that they should be arriving quickly. Well sure enough, 2 days later, I got a new set of headphones by FedEx Ground. I opened them and charged them per the instructions. They paired with my phone quickly and started playing my music. This time, they worked longer than 10 minutes. After about a week of use, I sent them a message letting them know that the new headphones were working fine and it appeared that they would be OK. After using these headphones for a few weeks now, I have found the following (1-5, 5=Excellent): Ease of use – 5 Design – 5 Comfort – 4 Sound – 5 Durability – 4 Battery Life – 4 Price / Value – 5 Customer Service – 5 I was concerned about how I would sound to someone when using these on the phone. The few folks I spoke with said my conversation was clear and had enough volume. I could also hear them very well and it was nice to be able to walk around and not have to hold a phone to my head. These headphones have great clarity listening to music with ample bass. This is what I was hoping for and not a tinny sound. They also have great volume. The controls are easy to use when on your ears. The ear pads are leather-like and are comfortable on my ears. I wear X-Large hats so have a large head but these headphones are comfortable for a few hours wear. These headphones are also very light. So, in general, I am very happy overall with these headphones. I was giving them a 4.6 out of 5 rating, and because of their customer service responding as they did, I am bumping it up to a 5.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Anyone who wears eyeglasses have experience wearing these headphones? How do they fit?**
A: I feel no difference in comfort.     I wear my glasses on a retainer string and when taking the headphones off the string usually gets caught in one side.    It's always one side, not both.    That's a little strange now that I think about it.    When I combine my glasses and headphones with my boonie hat which has a loose string chin strap, the tangle can be even worse when wanting to take both glasses and hat off at the same time.     Usually I want to leave the headphones on.    There's probably a better way to untangle this mess.    Taking the headphones off first seems to work best, and being more careful about how it's done.

**Q: are they good for working out? (running?)**
A: I bought a pair of these in late September. After about 150 miles of running something within them has given way and makes a noticeable rattling on the control (right ear) side.. They still work though, but just bear in mind that they are a consumable that will not last for years on end.  Given that they are rechargeable, I figured I'd get about 18-24 solid months out of them, but sadly that may not be the case. I'll use them till they fail or if the rattling becomes overly obnoxious.  I've used them in warm temps, freezing temps, light rain and snow and they work just fine. They aren't water/weatherproof, but given the physical breakdown I'll have no qualms against using them out in the elements.

I bought these headphones to use with my iMac. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks and have to say I’m very impressed with them and happy with my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ They ain't Bose, but they aren't $200 either...

I've never been able to bring myself to buy a pair of headphones for more than $60 or so. I listen to music often enough to probably warrant that type of expenditure, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I'm sure that I can get an other worldly listening experience for the small fortune that some charge for their high-end headphones, but I don't really care that much. So, these headphones were right in my sweet spot. They're inexpensive and sound good enough. In fact, I liked these headphones well enough to buy a set for my brother for Christmas. Overall, they're a solid piece of technology, and for the price, they really can't be beat. The Pros: 1) They're inexpensive 2) I've been able to pair them easily with my laptop and my iPhone 3) The sound is good, and worlds better than the ear-buds that normally accompany our electronic devices 4) The controls on the right ear-cup are easy to use and fairly easy to find, although some Braile-like dots to more easily tell the buttons apart would have been a nice touch. 5) They fold up into a nice compact form that's easily transportable 6) Compared to other headphones they're fairly light 7) They charge using a standard mini-usb cable - one is included, but if you lose it you can find another quickly 8) It's a personal preference thing, but I've always liked the behind-the-head designs better than the over-the-head ones. As I said, just personal preference, but a PRO for me... The Cons: 1) I've experienced some discomfort when wearing them for extended periods. By the end of a work day I'm putting them on and taking them off because they squeeze the tops of my ears a bit and begin to hurt. This is not that unusual for behind-the head style headphones, although I've had some that didn't have this effect. 2) The rubber door that covers the USB port is flimsy and fragile and won't stay closed. In fact, the one on my brother's pair fell off in the first 10 minutes. Not a big deal, but a cheap design, so don't expect it to stick around for long. I may pull mine off just because it's annoying and won't stay closed anyway. 3) They feel cheap. Note that "inexpensive" doesn't always equal "cheap", but in this case that's pretty much the case. Outside of a couple of screws, I'm not sure if there's a single piece of metal in them, so they do feel fragile and cheap. Time will tell if these headphones will hold up or not, but for the price I guess longevity would be a pleasant surprise rather than an expectation. If they end up breaking, I'll probably buy another pair just because they work well, sound good, and are so darn inexpensive. I sort of hate that everything is becoming "disposable" these days, but I guess that's the world we live in...
