No ions in water!
I purchased this water for a chemistry lab to use in a chemical reaction that is sensitive to the presence of ions. It worked.

Clean enough
We got this stuff tested for our lab. Seems clean enough:Chloride (mg/kg) 0.37Nitrate (mg/kg) 0.08Phosphate (mg/kg) 0Sulfate (mg/kg) 0.048Ammonium (mg/kg) 0.03Evaporation Residue (mg/kg) <0.01Total Carbon (mg/kg) <1Aluminum (mg/L) 0.001Tin (mg/L) <0.001Here's how it compares with regular Glacier Mist distilled water from the grocery store:Chloride (mg/kg) 0.432Nitrate (mg/kg) 0.136Phosphate (mg/kg) 0.15Sulfate (mg/kg) 0.496Ammonium (mg/kg) 0.351Evaporation Residue (mg/kg) <0.01Total Carbon (mg/kg) <1Aluminum (mg/L) <0.001Tin (mg/L) <0.001

Decent price for a single gallon for this hard to find product at physical stores
Deionized water (vs distilled water) removes the minerals so it prevents the fine 'snow' from the mist of an ultrasonic humidifier that can settle on surfaces. The bottle is sturdy and survived delivery.
