One was wrapped and okay, we thought the second one cracked during shipping. Anyways, when we opened the package (see picture) not only was it not cracked at all… the top was opened and the seal wasn’t broken but missing completely. To make it worse we can’t return or exchange. I love the boiling point restaurants in SoCal so was really bummed out with this poor non existent customer service.
