Great survival for multiple people.
Zombicide 2nd Edition is a fantastic update to an already thrilling co op experience. The quality of the included miniatures is outstanding as they are highly detailed, well sculpted, and perfect for painting. The survivors and zombies have distinct designs, making them feel dynamic and immersive on the board. One of its strongest aspects is replayability. With multiple scenarios, varied objectives, and a wide range of playable characters, no two sessions feel the same. The modular map tiles add extra variety, keeping things fresh even after countless playthroughs. Setup is quick and intuitive, allowing players to jump straight into action. Gameplay is fast paced, with streamlined rules making turns flow smoothly. Whether you're battling hordes solo or strategizing with friends, every session is an adrenaline fueled experience. For fans of cooperative survival games, Zombicide 2nd Edition delivers high quality minis, endless fun, and accessible gameplay. Highly recommended!

Zombie Blastin' Fun
This is a fantastic game, and I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys action pack games with a heavy side of zombies. Pros: 1. The game comes with a TON of highly detailed mini's, so you're definitely getting your money's worth. 2. Other than the minis, the amount of small tokens and extras are relatively light compared to other games like this. Still a bit, but very manageable. 3. YUGE manual with a ton of information, and lots of missions to play, plus some options ones to download from the the website, if you want. 4. Pretty easy to learn, turns are quick and fun. Looks a little intimidating at first, but it really isn't at all. Great for playing solo (you heard me) or with friends. Cons: 1. There are a TON of minis. Like, dear god, so many minis. Sometimes you can struggle to get the zombies to fit on the board. First world problems in a zombie apocalypse? Odd. 2. The character panel sliders are a right pain in the ass to move. Not all of them, but some I feel like I'm almost gonna break them when I slide them around. They always move, but I'm just waiting to hear that heart breaking sound of plastic snapping. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Best board game I know of!
This is probably my favorite board game and a great entryway to tabletop games. The rules make sense for the most part and it’s so much fun. It is a great group game if you have a couple hours to play. It can be played by yourself if you want to play as multiple characters.

Survive the zombie apocalypse, miniature style!
I was able to play the first mission with a friend, it was pretty challenging, we failed the first time and had to replay it to complete it, though it was touch and go, and fun! I’m excited to play the next mission! It was a great deal cuz the game was on sale. Lots of strategy is involved with how to select the best starting equipment for your survivor and what items you get during the game mission!

Fun but long
Fun, kids liked it, but it's a little long, the younger kid (8) got bored before we finished

A blast that won't blow up friendships
This is an excellent (small) party game (6) that doesn't risk getting too heated because everyone is invested in seeing everyone else succeed. I also play this with just my wife sometimes when we just want a quiet night by ourselves (we control multiple survivors each, to make it easier). This will add a little bit of complexity for people who want a little more from their games than Life and Monopoly, but isn't so steep of a learning curve where you're spending 2 hours just learning the rules (I've been there). And while it's a bit more nuanced, that doesn't mean that games last a long time. Some only last 40 minutes. Each time you play, you get a new mission, so even veterans will have something new to look forward to and the base game comes with 30+ scenarios, plus you can look up more online. I've had this for years and I think I've only played ~20 missions. And the models of the characters and zombies are both beautiful made and each have their own unique charm to them.

My Family's New Favorite Game
My family hasn't really ever played boardgames besides ones like Monopoly and Sorry! They were a bit hesitant to try something that looked intimidating but I learned from the book and watched some youtube tutorials and was able to lead them through the tutorial mission. My mom and dad are in their sixties and struggled a bit but after a few times through the tutorial, we took on a few of the easy missions and they really got it and started strategizing and getting into it! I've now taught my brother, his wife and her parents and my nephew how to play. My twelve year old Nephew picked it up SO FAST! He loves zombie video games and it really got his interest. They all have their favorite character to play now. I painted all the minis and it added so much 'flavor' to the sessions and made it easier to distinguish between zombie types and players. I've never painted minis before but with some basic Vallejo paints and youtube tutorials, I managed it. Its the favorite game for family boardgame night and its been hard getting them to try anything else! I love it and its easy to run and play. Just be prepared for non tabletop people to feel a bit overwhelmed and talk them through each turn. I recommend playing the tutorial a few times with first timers before moving onto one of the easy missions.

Really good game. It is a cooperative game, and it was really important for me, I didn't want kids to be competing against each other. Enjoy playing it as a whole family.

As a miniature painter and tabletop wargamer a friend told me about this game. I was already excited by the huge amount of models and quality components in the box which are nicely designed printed and sculpted. After playing a few games with my girlfriend on the first night alone (we stayed up late) we got the kids involved and they love it too. The rules are easy to grasp even for my 11 year old. The gameplay is fun and it really is suitable for solo play up to 6 players and being cooperative really gets everyone talking and working together, although personally I feel it is best for 2 or 3 players. There are 25 different mission each with a bit of a different feel. Most of our games have taken longer than the stated 60 minutes by quite a bit. There is a large following for the Zombicide series of games and I have found welcoming and active communities on discord, Facebook and Instagram to support the game with no gatekeepers. The models are nicely sculpted to a good level of detail that is making them a pleasure to paint but not painting the models doesn’t detract from the game and isn’t necessary if that isn’t your bag. This edition is still well supported by the manufacturer with free content on their website and expansions still being released. If you want an idea of the rules they are available to download for free on the manufacturer’s (cmon) website. My conclusion of this game is that it is a great accessible crossover between a board game and miniatures game that is suitable for a wide variety of ages with everything you need to play in the box. Compared to a lot of miniatures games this game offers exceptional value for money with a huge amount in the box.

Took a little bit of time to learn and figure out the rules and everything but once we got into the swing of it, it was so much fun. My partner and I were laughing so hard playing this. Would recommend for game night
