I see conflicting answers on ssid's... to clarify, can the 2.4g and 5g bands each be assigned different ssid's ??

Yes you can add two additional SSID’s fir the 2.4G and 5G bands. Note that you can’t do this through the app, you have to access the router’s web server page. This is also where you can select “AP” mode and other “advanced” features.

How many Sattelites can you add? More than two?

I believe you can add total of 5. Make sure you have a solid connection from the main router to your hub or else internet speed becomes slow. I distance my hub with 2 bars and it seems solid everywhere without losing any speed. I originally distance them too far and the whole house internet speed was slow

How does the mk63 differ from the mk73 and mk83 which look like identical products?

The mk63 is the slowest of the three.

Does this work with Ring cams as I’m having issues with another brand expander and my ring cams will not connect

I don't know about a ring camera but it has connected to every device I have from tv's, cameras, sonos, phones so it should connect. I have found mesh systems work so much better that expanders. I had expanders before and had connection problems.
