This kit is a great value. I bought this kit because my current testing cylinder is made of a more brittle plastic and cracked when it fell off the counter. The kit includes a plastic cylinder, hydrometer, brush, and microfiber cloth. I like the plastic testing cylinder as the plastic is more flexible than my original. Works as it should.

The hydrometer gave accurate readings and performed exactly as expected. The graduated cylinder arrived broken and the brush arrived crush, as did the replacements, so I don’t recommend them. Really, if something arrives unusable twice, I strongly advise against purchasing them. Five stars for the hydrometer. But I’d recommend buying it alone and not in this kit. Everything else was useless and a waste of money.

It’s made of decent quality products works as it should have. Had it about two years still works still making wine still making liquor

All I needed was a hydrometer but this kit came with all the bells and whistles. Everything is well made. Would buy again

Item was bought as a gift. The recipient said it is easy to clean, use store and assemble. Just the right size.

It didn’t mention it but it came with a JD Carlson hydrometer, which was a nice surprise. Good value for the money.

There was a hole in the bottom of the graduated cylinder. Apple cider leaked all over my kitchen. Would also be better if the cylinder was made of less opaque plastic.
