⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) — Very Disappointing Quality and Customer Support I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. I purchased these shoes less than a year ago and have worn them only around 6–7 times under normal conditions. Despite such minimal use, the shoes have already developed significant damage, which clearly points to poor material quality or a manufacturing defect rather than regular wear and tear. What is even more frustrating is the company’s response. My request for replacement was rejected solely because it fell outside their 30-day policy window. This policy feels completely unreasonable for a footwear brand. Customers do not wear new shoes continuously for 30 days just to test durability. A good pair of shoes should last much longer with occasional use, and the brand should stand behind its product quality beyond such a short timeframe. I shared photos as evidence, but instead of reviewing the issue based on actual condition and usage, the response was limited to quoting policy terms. This approach shows a lack of customer focus and accountability toward product quality. Overall, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the brand. Based on the quality and the way my concern was handled, I would not recommend purchasing from them.
