First off this is made of plastic and comes in three separate pieces that are held together by two steel reinforcing bars and two plastic end caps. The description says that it is made of a rubber composite materiel, which is a bit misleading as it is clearly plastic. At this point I'm unable to foresee how this won't break if you need to plow in subzero temps. The plow itself looks to be made by injection molding due to the rough sanded down edges and spotty filling that look like giant cracks across the entirety of the face of the plow. So, for $400? Not at all worth it. You're basically paying for a universal mounting kit. A good quality mounting kit at that, but $400 is still a stretch. If this plow was made with some form of rigidity and better materials I could see it being useful for plowing over grass or gravel as it states in the description, considering it has no cutting edge. I had high hopes this would be the solution to my plowing needs however I am truly disappointed. Two stars are for the mounting kit.

So very happy, then so very disappointed
I purchased this last fall in preparation for the winter (I live in MN). First couple snowfalls it was great, I was so impressed with the power of my tractor to push that much snow as well as the durability of this plow. After using it a number of times, I was just about to head in after plowing out the final stretch when the edge of the plow caught a lip in the cement. It had done this many times and always bounced up on its hinge. This time it just busted 18" off the side of the blow. Literally cracked my plow in half. It was cold out but not that cold. I contacted the seller and of course they go right to the 30 day return policy. I asked for manufacturer contact and never heard back. I was very hopeful that this would be a quality product I could use for years and years. It basically cost me $70 to plow my driveway 5 times because of the cost of this plow. Neighbor charges $20 with his truck and plow. If it was half the price, I would recommend it.

NORDIC SNOW PLOW REVIEW
Plow arrived on time and complete; all parts were contained in box. Clear and simple assembly directions made it easy to put together. Ability to angle plow and lift as necessary is a definite plus. However, the strap which is enclosed to raise the plow is junky, hokey and extremely awkward to use. A better solution is to insert a bar through the angle holes to raise the plow when driving, then remove bar and leave plow down during plowing.

Nice plow, expect it will work well.
Installed the plow in about an hour. Easy to assemble and looks good on the mower. I have not tried it out on snow yet but have no reason to doubt it will work well.

wasn't very happy..
I had planned to review this plow for a top golf cart site, but the moderator shut me down before I could write my review - if he'd only waited for my review. As a fellow entrepreneur, the manufacturer had supplied me one as a prototype to fit on my 4x4 golf cart; even fabbed the connection for me. At first he seemed very likable... and offered me a deal to sell them for him;.but when the corner panel broke off in the first storm, I informed him I believed it had a serious design flaw, no main support across the back. His response was to inform me it was MY FAULT - it was only for "light duty" use! I'm in upstate NY and he's from, as I remember, Chicago?? He wanted to charge me $70 for a replacement panel FOR HIS PROTOTYPE! ! wasn't very happy... and told him even so, that wouldn't fix the problem. I could fab him a steel support prototype linking the panels in the back, with two vertical cross supports for the ends which would stop the ends pieces from snapping off; the plastic bond just isn't strong enough. He didn't want to hear it. LIGHT DUTY!!! So I told him unless these flaws were addressed, I could not recommend or sell it. He continued to insist it was my fault. My response, Seriously... a light duty snow plow?? We parted ways. I WOULD PERSONALLY BUY A STEEL PLOW UNLESS YOU"RE IN AN AREA THAT ONLY GETS TWO INCHES OF SNOW or you use it every hour in a big storm....and NEVER HIT ANYTHING WITH THE CORNER (almost impossible for the best of plow drivers).

PIECE OF JUNK
We bought the one for our car It is difficult to assemble, very cheap material does not work in more than few inches of snow
