Are these made in the USA?

No, they aren't. However, I've had a (different) Stanley Tools mechanics set since about 2004 and I've only broken one piece out of it (3/8" drive ratchet). I called the 1-800 number and they sent me out a new one, no questions asked, and told me to throw away the other one. Mind you, I use them on a regular basis, and put them through very hard work. Used and abused, really. If I recall correctly, the reason the ratchet broke is because my breaker bar was broken (different brand) and I put a 2' cheater pipe over the ratchet.... for the umpteenth time. These tools really do stand up to pretty heavy use for what they are and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set. That being said, if I was intending on getting a job as a mechanic, I would go for a higher quality set, but the Stanley ratchets and wrenches are absolutely perfect for the DIY-er.

Are the sockets Impact rated?

Not made for an impact but I've used them on my impact 😅 They are actually a lot better quality than I thought. I needed a cheap socket set and these actually surprised me.

Do these have multipoint sockets as well as hex sockets?

They are only 12-point sockets. What do you mean by "multi-point"?
