GCSE AQA 63 x Computer Science REVISION QUESTION cards (with ANSWERS)
‘For exams from 2022, with added content on supported programming languages’This is a sturdy cardboard box of 63 x good quality cards, with answers to the questions (quick, then harder) on the reverse. The back of the TITLE CARD shows ‘HOW TO USE THESE CARDS’ (image below refers). The current stock images above give an idea of the layout.~ CGP~ GCSE AQA~ COMPUTER SCIENCE~ REVISION QUESTION CARDSFrom the back of the box (image below refers), with the usual injection of CGP humour:💻 ‘Go for an upgrade in the Computer Science exams! With CGP revision cards, your grade is sure to go up…✔️ Questions on the front✔️ Answers on the back✔️ Every key 9-1 topic coveredNever mind graphics cards or SD cards ~ CGP has the only cards you need 😊p.s. This hardware is fully compatible with ourAQA Revision GuideandAQA Exam Practice Workbook’(Links correct at the time of writing)ooOooThis is a neat set of Q & A cards, all presented in landscape orientation, each measuring roughly 11.5 cm x 7.5 cm, with rounded corners.Breaking up the text areas are the usual colourful, often humorous clipart pictures, which CGP’s revision tools are famous for.The 64 good quality cards are presented in a cardboard box, which measures around 11.75 cm x 7.75 cm x 3.5 cm and has a finger indentation on the back for easy opening. There is a resealable, transparent little plastic-type disc seal that works for a while, but I find that the lid tucks in & stays closed fine without it.The cards are split into 7 COLOUR-CODED SECTIONS, namely:~ ALGORITHMS (Cards 1 ~ 5)~ PROGRAMMING (Cards 6 ~ 20)~ DESIGN AND TESTING (Cards 21 ~ 25)~ DATA REPRESENTATION (Cards 26 ~ 38)~ COMPUTER SYSTEMS AND DATABASES (Cards 39 ~ 50)~ NETWORKS (Cards 51 ~ 59)~ ISSUES (Cards 60 ~ 63)Each SECTION is subdivided into TOPICS, with QUICK QUESTIONS to warm up with, followed by more complex ones. The answers are on the back, along with a handy TIP at the bottom.Occasionally, a topic may be longer than a single card.[23 images attached © CGP & Corel®/2020]

lots of essential info for the course
I picked these for my 14yo son who has just started his GCSE’s. They provide lots of essential info for the course. The way the cards are distilled down to provide the core information for the course is great. They can be used to absorb some basic knowledge at the early stages of learning, then as a revision aid nearing exams. They’re small enough to take on long car journeys, robust enough to last the 2 years of learning and split into 7 topic sections. I wish we’d had these years ago instead of having to make our own.

Revision
These are great for quick revision, just to flick through and grab a card to check knowledge. The format makes it easy for family members to quiz the child, and you get a lot covered within this pack so it helps to feel confident that they can handle the exam to the best of their ability. I got for my son to help prepare for computer science gcse which he is just starting, and he found it useful to take a look, moreso as the exam gets closer we will come back to it
