Good entry into a trilogy

Good intro picking up plot lines from other books and games. Would recommend getting the whole trilogy.

A fun short story in the halo universe

nothing crazy plot wise in this one, reveals a little bit of history and intrigue into the Spirit of Fire. the characters are a bit generic but the writing is good and engaging, it's pretty much firefly or any other "band of rogues" style story, but in the halo universe. I liked the look into human and covenant species relations post-war and how the Kig-Yar act.
