1.6 oz and 1.7 fl oz What is the difference?

There is no difference, both are 50 ML. Also please note that the Delicate only comes in 4.2 oz and 2.5 oz. I see the comments and the problem is that the Delicate and the Regular Narciso are two different perfumes. Additionally, when you open the page on Amazon, the 1 oz., 1.6 oz., and 3.3 oz. are the same regular Narciso perfume. However, the 2.5 is the delicate one, thus, making the customers a little confused.

Is it the original scent??? What does 95% means??

Yes this is the original sent. It is not as good a buy as the 3.3oz bottle for $63.48. If you know you like the fragrance. I love it and have for years. I don't know what you are referring to re: 95%.
