Update 3..19.36: I was wrong this keyboard is still holding itself up. The issue was an it issue causing a block from the keyboard that rotated the computer system to be reset. All is well. I would 1000% recommend for both functionality and aesthetics. I purchased this keyboard in October of 24’ and I loved it. It is my office keyboard so it gets daily use, but it is not heavy use as if I were in a call center or a transcriptionist. Up until today I had no complaints, but I came into the office today to a dead keyboard. The power light will turn for a few seconds and turn off and that is only while actively plugged into a charger. It was not low on charge when I left the office yesterday evening. Even after letting it charge for a while the power will not come on. I’m not expecting to have a keyboard for life, but I certainly don’t expect to be replacing a keyboard every year and a half.

Where has this been all my life? I have been using this keyboard and mouse combo since the day I got it, June 29th, 2020. I charged it then and have used it for at least 8 hours a day (often more) since. It is now August 10th and I have not had to charge either yet! For the first few days, I turned the mouse and keyboard off after finishing my work, but stopped doing so to see what the battery life would be and both are still going strong. I had plugged this into a USB hub last week and after some time experienced some issues with responsiveness. I thought that meant the keyboard and mouse needed recharging. I plugged the receiver directly into my PC and lo and behold, It turns out, it was the USB hub--not the keyboard or mouse-- both are still working on the original charge! This is plug and play-- just insert the little doohickey into the USB port on your computer and like magic, you have a wireless mouse and keyboard. They look sleek and stunning. The low profile of both took a little time to get used to, but now I love it. The keys are quiet and they feel good. I have all the keys I need. The mouse is accurate and functional. I can't say enough good things about this product. I don't know longevity yet, so I will update this review if I have any issues, but so far not having to replace batteries, recharge or fiddle with cords has more than paid for itself. If I had to nitpick, the only things I'd say I wish were better: that the upper row of keys were full size, that there was a battery life indicator (though there is a light when you need to recharge the keyboard) and that the silicone cover covered/wrapped the entire front (it covers the keys and slightly beyond), but these are so minor, it was barely worth a mention. I researched and researched and was hesitant at first (as someone recommended I purchase a Logitech or a Microsoft keyboard), but now I wish I had gotten these sooner.

Replaced an identical backlit from SEENDA after about 2years of use, but I am a heavy keyboard user (data mining) and only one key forward arrow (->) became unreliable but did not completely fail. Best quiet touch keyboard I have used including the L-word mfr. The mouse fits the hand very comfortably and never disconnects. I prefer the larger profile KB which this is. I also have a battery-replaceable KB-mouse from SEENDA which operates just as well but is raised not flat profile. I wanted the original backlit model but it is discontinued. Their customer service (email) is excellent. The preset fucnctions appear to work well for Win-11. Good product, good service, good price.

This keyboard and mouse are excellent! Each portion is rechargeable. Before use each item must be charged. The product comes with a silicone keyboard cover for the device which makes the typing sound almost silent, this was a feature that I was looking for. Since the sound of typing gets me irritated. For the price this set is great! There are no cables, like I mentioned before charge it before use. The set up is simply, just turn each piece on. After 10 minutes of inactivity the whole thing goes into power reserve, which is even better. If you’re looking for a silent, stylish, affordable keyboard and mouse, this is the one you should get!

THIRD TIME IS A CHARM. This was my 3rd keyboard I have purchased. First one was too big for my needs. The second one was just right for the size but I could not get the number keys on the right side to work. I love this one I can see it easy and everything works. It's very light weight. I just love this one.

This was an attempt to replace a unit previously purchased from Seenda and still in use. I liked the other one and wanted another for work. They had discontinued the exact model I previously purchased and after searching a bit I came across this unit and it DELIVERED!

WARNING!!! I would not recommend this keyboard and mouse combo** based on both the poor product reliability and the complete lack of meaningful customer service after the sale. I purchased this seenda Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo on **March 9, 2026**, and in less than five months, **both the keyboard and mouse stopped charging**. At this point, the entire set is essentially useless. Before writing this review, I went through the troubleshooting process and tried the recommended steps to correct the charging problem. Nothing worked. I also attempted to contact the vendor directly to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting a negative review. Unfortunately, **communication and customer support after the sale have been extremely disappointing**. That is what bothers me most. Products can occasionally fail, but a company should stand behind what it sells. When a product fails after only a few months and the customer cannot get a reasonable response or resolution from the company, that says a great deal about the overall value of the purchase. This was not an inexpensive disposable item that I expected to replace every few months. A rechargeable keyboard and mouse should have a reasonable service life, and **less than five months is completely unacceptable**. The design may look nice when you first take it out of the box, but appearance means very little when the product stops functioning shortly afterward. **My experience:** * Both the keyboard and mouse stopped charging in less than five months. * Troubleshooting did not resolve the problem. * I attempted to resolve the issue with the vendor. * Customer service after the sale has been poor and unresponsive. * I am now left dealing with Amazon because the seller has not adequately addressed the problem. Based on my experience, **I would think twice before purchasing this product or any similar product from this company**. Reliability matters, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, this purchase failed on both counts. **One star — and even that feels generous given the product failure and lack of support after the sale.**

I've been using this keyboard for a week now and so far it's working perfectly. It's a very sleek stylish look.

The product looked of good quality, felt good and I was looking forward to using it. Then noticed a broken key.
