Looking for patch that can be worn with glasses. Is this flat or concave as most seem to be?

The patch is concave, I wear it with glasses. It is not a perfect fit but the comfort my eye gets with the patch is worth the little inconvenience of wearing it with glasses. I can't blink so my eye is subject to wind, dust and drying out. The patch protects my eye from the elements. I would recommend the patch in this instance.

Is this path for either eye or must it be ordered left or right?

It is best to get left or right what ever it's for. BUT in a pinch it will work for both. I've been having to use them for 2 years... they work fine. NOT a waste of time or money. Bill W.

How do you measure (where to where) to decide small or large?

It is an excellent tool for protecting your eye so that it retains the ideal level of moisture. I used it after a Bells Palsey attack and it worked very well. Good construction, light weight and covers the eye completely. I highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

Is the clear vinyl part hard cinyl or soft? I need a hard clear shield to keep me from rubbing the eye in my sleep.

hard - that is firm and will protect eye from rubbing, but if you took it out of the frame it would be flexible. clear vinyl, soft foam at edges. Worked well day driving! and night sleeping.
