This does not work! The mop stays full of water even after spinning. The telescopic handle collapses on itself whilst trying to spin the water out.I complained to the company (not able to send it back to Amazon) and was told had to return it at my own expense.DO NOT BUY - IT IS RUBBISH

Wow can't believe I have not how of these earlier. Took a little longer to arrive but well worth the wait. Assembly was quite easy until it was time to put the mop head on. If you put the mop head on the floor, line up with mop head holder then press down with your foot. So easy to use, unlock the handle and place in the Easter and give it a spin. Ring the mop in the top spinner then mop the floor. The floor dose not get 9ver wet so suitable for laminate flooring 😁

I dislike everything about this mop/bucket set. I might as well have thrown a bucket of soapy water on my sunroom floor which is now damaged as it took up some of grouting. I was furious. I spun and spun to get the water out of the mop to clean this floor to no avail. The most useless product. Do not buy this.

Fabulous mop, really spins and gets the water out, only download is you have to stand out the way while doing so as the water comes out the bucket and the bucket moves... But great value for money and does the job perfectly.... plus extra mop heads provided, albeit I haven't needed to change it yet... A must buy though!!

This mop is wonderful only on perfectly flat floors. Impossible to clean behind pedestal wash basins, curved areas such as in a wet room. The mop does not dry out no matter how much you spin it. Have given it away to someone who might find it useful. Coming from Turkey I was amazed that there was no translation of the little information on the box and no instructions inclued either. Had to look up You Tube.

This product is very weak and it has a faulty design as it flips over when you lift the bucket. The handle cracked in within the first 10min of using it. It's not easy to drain the mop, I do not recommend.

Wish I read the reviews first! Absolute waste of money. The strings of the mop head gets stuck on the twisty part of the bucket and come out, the telescopic handle folds down on itself if you need to apply any pressure it when moping. Push down in the handle for it to spin out some of the water, the mop head stays still but the handle lowers itself down, clicking all the way as it misses the grips inside the handle to make it spin. I’ve had mine a month, thought I was using it wrong so kept it, watched some videos, read the reviews, it’s definitely the item not me. It’s now in the bin

Bit shorter than the one I've been using, but with four heads that are easily interchangeable and can be washed, ideal. The push rotation for soking and clearing of the excess makes easy for my disabled mother to use.
