It keeps you reading as it explains with real life examples as well keeps you relating to your self.There are pod casts mentioned for relevant sections which when watched give a more detailed overview on the section.Every section has place for you to note your actions and behaviour. By the end of the book you don’t even miss any actionable you feel can help you change your behaviour over a longer period.All the Analytics for the study Are further shared at the end of the book with links to be followed. Even these are helpful to get a deep dive on each section that you read.
