The quality is very good. It come with a battery too. It is very easy to use. The cleaning is superb. And it has no problem with safety.

Not worth
I have been using Nose trimmer of philips for last 10 years. It had outlived its life. Therefore, decided to buy a new one. I ordered this item thinking it a German product. It is a China make product. It is worst than a local make on roadside. The blade is so sharp that it hurts the nose from inside. The tip of the blade becomes very hot within 10 seconds. After that it is not practical to use. Amazon is a not ready to accept my request for return of this item. Very bad experience with the product and online shopping with Amazon.

Stopped working in a couple of months
While it was new, it worked perfectly. After about 2 weeks of usage, it stopped working. Tried changing to new batteries but that didn't help. Works great (as long as it does) but it is a faulty product. I faced this issue with both the units that I bought.

Poor quality rubber and mechanical- Do not buy
Very poor quality. I had kept it sealed for some time and when I opened it, the rubber used was damaged. The thing worked for a day or two, threw it away in the dustbin and brought back the old Panasonic one.

Faulty switch. Failed within few seconds.
Pros:- Product looks excellent.- Nice finish, good plastic.- Good and reputed brand.- Very good blades, safe for skin.Cons:- Bad switch design.- Bad battery compartment design.- THE PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE - it's a loss for customer.The device needs quality testing before it is dispatched to customer. M/s Beurer please do.
