The front cover of the book is really nice and the words are nice and legible, the book is a good size. We gave this as a gift for a baby dedication and overall, we are very happy.

Such great tips on teaching children self-control!! So much easier to learn this as children than as adults in everyday life —where we have to constantly control our emotions to be amazing at our jobs, with relationships, even successful as athletes— it takes a determination to be the best we can be under all circumstances! … and it literally changes our own outlook in life! Children raised with ideals are thoughtful of others and live loving happy lives!

This book stays true to the Biblical principle “train up a child in the way he/she should go, and when he/she is old he/she will not depart from it”.

This book is so poisonous and destructive to a child's psyche, it's terrifying!!Instead of guiding children with managing their trueselves it teaches children to deny their emotional world, which only represses it and leaves it childish as children grow to become adults...Repressing doesn't make it go away nor does it make anyone better...If children are allowed to grow they will genuinely and effortlessly become the best, most honorable version of themselves they can be..With denying them freedom to be present in their inner experience, we actually torture them and, again, keep them with the same qualities this author imagines his teachings will destroy.Let children be children (with healthy support) and let them grow on their time! If you scare them to relinquish their trueselves you do nothing except keep them emotionally childish when they need to feel as adults later on.
