I had an eye surgery requiring face down position. I bought this pillow for resting after undergoing surgery. I could not use it even for a few minutes as it interfered with my operated eye. I am giving one star as I cannot proceed with review without it.

Best pillow for post eye surgery recovery?
I was looking for a face down pillow for my mom who recently had undergone eye surgery. The doctor told to sleep face down .This product sloved my problem. The pillow gave a good grip face down postion and was comfortable. But the foam was little hard. Must buy for anyone who has undergone eye surgery help in faster recovery

NOT AT ALL ERGONOMICAL. Not suitable for eye surgery patients.
I found it's NOT ERGONOMICAL AT ALL. It causes awkward pressure on the eyes, when used to lie in prone position and this can damage the eyes especially after an eye surgery, I wish I had read it with was non-returnable. what a sham!
