Picked this up mainly for smaller cooking jobs, and it’s been one of those kitchen items that gets used way more than expected. Size & versatility: The quarter sheet size is perfect for everyday use — reheating food, roasting smaller portions, or even baking. It’s a lot more practical than pulling out a full-size pan for quick meals. We’ve used it for everything from chicken and veggies to snacks. Cooling racks (nice bonus): The included racks are a great addition. They fit well and are useful for things like baking, letting food cool, or even crisping items in the oven. It adds more flexibility than just having a basic pan. Build quality: Feels sturdy and doesn’t warp during use. The pans hold their shape well, and the racks sit evenly without wobbling. Ease of cleaning: Cleanup has been simple. Nothing sticks excessively, and both the pans and racks wash up easily — especially if you use parchment or foil. What I like from an everyday perspective: • Perfect size for quick meals and smaller portions • More convenient than larger sheet pans • Racks make it more versatile for different uses Minor downside: Because of the smaller size, you won’t be able to cook larger batches at once. It’s definitely more for smaller portions or side items. 2-month update: Still using these regularly, and they’ve held up well. No warping or issues with the racks so far. Bottom line: If you want a reliable, everyday sheet pan setup for smaller meals, this is a great option. Simple, versatile, and gets used more than you’d expect.

These are great quater sheets, I use them for prep or for taking for to and from the grill. Perfect for air drying in the fridge since it comes with the racks. Easy to clean and strong since stainless steel.

Excellent quality. Heavy, nice rolled edges, strong racks. I want to use them in a Breville large oven/air fryer. They fit in except on the top rack.

Much better quality than I was expecting...looks like we found a brand for our baking pans.

I needed smaller sheet pans that would fit in our new breville smart oven. These fit great with some room. I like that they come with racks, cooking with racks is new to me but I’ve been reading up that it can help cook things more evenly so I’m excited to try that. I’ve put then in the dishwasher and they’ve held up well and still look new. I also just hand washed one and food came off easy and they are holding their shine. I had one warp when it was in the oven, but once it cooled it went back to its original shape. This only happened once so may be a fluke. They also came with a couple superficial scratches on the pan sides but overall for the cost and unique size, I’m glad I bought them.

If you dont need a large half size sheet pan then these are great. I think the racks are good and sturdy and tall enough to let air circulate underneath them. I have only used this pan to roast some veggies so far. It is large enough to use under a small caserole dish to catch drips. It is great for a sheet pan dinner for one. The sheet pan did not warp in the hot oven. At least not yet. It was easy to clean and fits in my double sink as opposed to a half sheet. I cook with stainless steel because I cannot use aluminum on an induction stove. So these work great. I havent used mine on the stove although I did test to see if they worked. They do. They are not big enough to use the bridge element on my stove though. Why would I use one on the stove? My favorite stock pot is not induction compatible. This sheet pan solves that problem at a fraction of the cost of a new pot and has multiple other uses in my house that a larger sheet pan is too big for and luckily it came in a set of two.

I made buffalo wings recently using the rack and pan and the largest size I have was just perfect enough to fit about 13 wings cut in half. A smaller size would not have worked. These did not warp in the oven. However, they do scratch easily when washing with a sponge. These are also easy to clean after using with a little bit of soaking.

These are amazing. They fit easily in my Omni plus oven. They clean up easily and don’t discolor in the dish washer

I really like the metal. It looks nice. It cleans great with steel wool. The trays will still warp at 400f (just until cooled) but I believe they all will. Soon much nicer than non stick pans!

I bought some stainless steel pans on temu but this is so much better. Thicker and better quality. Best to buy this stuff on amazon.
