Worst and unusable product

Actual colour is white and not blue as shown in pictures. Quality is poor. Lid doesn't close. Shape of lid doesn't allow to store things properly. Return procedure is tideious and app automatically lags while uploading photos ...tried to upload images for several days but failed. And now i have two good for nothing boxes .
