What is the difference between dash safe slice mandolin and the zacharian one?

I know this is a few months late but this mandolin was just offered on QVC this past weekend so I looked at the use and care PDF and at the bottom it says Zakarian by Dash so, yes, both QVC and this one on Amazon are the same product.

How do you clean it? need a video on that.. thats when i cut myself

I use the little brush/stick thing that came with it. If you wash it right after use and use the brush/stick to avoid getting your fingers near the blade, you should be fine. In addition to the little brush, I use a soaped-up sponge and hot, running water rather than putting it in a dishpan.

What is the differece between the aqua one(39.95) and other colors (49.95), besides the color?

Starfrit makes this in green, sold by Walmart, Wayfair, and others... Called Pump'N'Slice, you can google it and get many options. The price is normally $39.99.
