Easy to hold for tiny hands
I ordered these for my 3 Year old daughter, because she was having trouble holding other plastic scissors I got for her. There’s a slight firmness in the handles that allows her tiny fingers to hold the scissors without losing her grip. I will mention though, that these are still pretty sharp and can cut through most materials. She loves them and the designs were cute. One thing that was bizarre I will mention, is the handles had a weird lubricant on them when I removed from the package. Felt slimy and greasy but had no odor. I washed and sanitized the handles before allowing my daughter to use them, but just wanted to reference that.
