TRUGLO TRU-Brite Xtreme 4X32mm Scope

I own several TruGlo products and love them all, which is why I opted for this TruGlo 4x32 IR Scope that is very reasonably priced, but because so, does have flaws. TruGlo has great products at a great price and responsive customer service that has always been pleasant to deal with; because so, I didn't hesitate to buy this scope for my S&W M&P 15 Sport.Scope (model TG8504TL) includes rings to mount to a picatinny rail, so no extra rings or mounts are needed with this product unless you wish to change them out to a different set. The scope is very well crafted and designed. I was able to zero in the optic in more rounds than I expected 20ish (lol) @ 25 yards. The clicks on the finder adjustable turrets felt and sounded clean and precise. The illuminated reticle can be set to Red or Green and the brightness is adjustable which is great. The adjustable focus ring in the front is a little stiff and difficult to adjust, even when mounted. The glass/optic is clean and clear and crisp for the price-point. Keep in mind, this will not compare to $500+ optics but it will easily rival optics from $100-$200 range.I shot an easy 100 rounds after getting it zeroed in and has ZERO issues. The zero stayed true, the optics didn't move from it's original mounted posted, it didn't break as other reviews mentioned theirs did. I has NO issues. Illuminated is non-illuminated. I figured maybe a few folks in the reviews had ordered the wrong one. There are two options. I definitely chose illuminated, but I got the standard version. Only cost $47 with tax, so I won't bother to return it unless it malfunctions. Looks pretty clear and bright for a cheap scope with the obvious limitations of being a fixed magnification without focus adjustments. Not going for competitions with this, just wanted something usable out to 50-100 yards. It tightened down securely and seems like it will fit my needs. Will update after it gets used a bit. -1 for bad description.

Ordered the lit reticle scope, was shipped one without a lot reticle. You can’t even see through the scope it’s completely blurry. Looks like someone returned it and they stuck it right back in the box and shipped it to me without even looking to see what was wrong with it. Guess I’ll go ahead and return it and buy a Vortex or something nice. They say to never go cheap with optics & I think I fully agree now.

I paid a grand total of $63.59 from Amazon.it's aesthetically sound in my opinion, somewhat ACOG-esque.It comes with lens caps. Did you know Leupold lens caps are as high as $80 for one of the two caps?The glass is very clear and the reticle is incredibly sharp for a scope in this price range.TRUGLO's customer service is awesome. I had a hinged lens cap fail on a TRUGLO TRU-Brite 30 Series 1-6 X 24mm, they sent me a new one free of charge in less than a week. This scope doesn't come boxed with hinged lens caps. It's boxed with see-through yellow tinted caps connected by elastic cords; they do the job quite nicely.I own a few Leupold scopes and Trijicon ACOG's, some costing 15 times the amount of this TRUGLO TRU-BRITE Xtreme so, you can believe me when I say this is a great little scope.It claims to be a combat scope. I run it on a CZ 512 Tactical .22 Magnum. Honestly, if you run it a .223/5.56 you’re gonna push it.I read guys are running 'em on AK's but man, that's gotta be pushin' it; there's no buffer. I'd really be reluctant to run it on a Mini 14 much less a Mini-30, even with an adjustable gas block.It's a $70 riflescope. Keep in mind, some subscribe to the notion that a scope should cost as much or more than the rifle. I obviously think there are a few more pertinent factors involved in the decision-making process.Subsequently, I think you'll be a very happy buyer if you purchase it for a tactical rimfire rifle or any rimfire rifle you determine it will render itself aesthetically pleasing.

Decent scope out to about 25 yards. I use this on my squirrel gun. I like the mildots but it's not a very sharp picture out past 20-25 yards at least not for squirrel. For the price it's not bad.

Its what it is and a good value

It is NOT a standard mil dot reticle. It looks more like a fuzzy duplex reticle than a mil-dot. I have the duplex version of this scope on my 7.62x39 and it holds up real well. 4x magnification is good for up to 300 yards, then the accuracy will drop off significantly. The turrets are good and have audible clicks when making changes. In this shooter's opinion, you are better off getting the duplex version, zero at 100 yards, then do some Kentucky windage.

Not off to great start holding zero on AR15 7.62x39. for hunting gun maybe great, not great for sporting use of AR15. I will put on scope mounts an check out the zero then but it comes loose to easy on rail mounts. Not my first rodeo, it is properly attached. I tried to cheap out but I an need optic designed for this job.
