As a retail shopkeeper selling ladies garments, this handheld steam iron has been very useful for daily store work. It quickly removes wrinkles from dresses, tops, kurtis, and other garments, helping the clothes look fresh and display-ready for customers. The steam heats up fast and is easy to use, which saves a lot of time during busy hours. It is lightweight, portable, and works well for quick touch-ups without needing a large ironing setup. Especially helpful for delicate fabrics where normal ironing can be difficult. Overall, a very practical and time-saving product for garment shops and boutiques. Good quality and worth the investment.

In between one of the part inside the water filling area came from its place but got the entire product replaced from philips. Philips is a great brand so I ordered it. But after purchasing I got to know other good brand sales with horizontal steam ironing with this price. And there's is always a steaming sound even after the product turns off. Cannot iron pure cotton. Takes much time like some hours for to iron very shrinked clothes. Easy to use and I recommend to use it for light shrinked clothes and for mixed cotton or other kinds of clothes. I regularly use it for ironing mixed cotton shirt and it irons well. Using it for more than a year. You should not leave the water in the water area and should remove the water after use otherwise the area in which the water is stored always forms a green layer and may damage the clothes - I seen it personally in my product before replacement and after that I don't leave water so no issues in that. And another thing is even if you use drinking water, it still forms a white layer around the area from which the steam comes out. In both products I used it is of the same. Steam is very hot so you should careful in using your other hand while ironing and if you could but a board board for ironing vertically it would be easy to iron since I don't have it, I find it very difficult to iron each time. As said it hasn't damaged any of my clothes from the steam even when it's really hot.

Update: After a long wait, I received a replacement. I got it in Dec 2025. It's working fine now so I'm updating my review I bought this product on Sep 4th. When I received delivery, I tested it and it heated up. I used it only for 5 minutes that day. One week later, I tried to iron my top. But it stopped working after 3 minutes and started dripping water. I followed the trouble shoot guide to switch it off, wait for some time and tried again. This time it didn't heat at all. I filed a complaint on 19th Sep after trying every other trouble shoot. A technician took the product to repair one week later. I was told the spare is not avaiable to repair and they will have to request replacement. It's 30th October now. They opened and closed requests twice, telling me they're not allowed to keep the requests open more than 8 days. Today I was told, it will take more than a month and they don't just replace that easily. Now the period for cancellation and return is also over. I'm stuck. The customer care person responds and explains, there's no point in yelling at them but it's the company. Please do not buy this product online. I'd recommend going to a known local store instead. Don't get stuck like me.

This product is incredibly disappointing. We don’t even have the option to return it, which is ridiculous. It doesn’t work as described in the product description, so I strongly advise against buying it and being misled about its specifications.

Very easy to use ,Travel friendly, compact in size, no more burning of clothes, ready to steam with in seconds. All in one deal for all fabric type. Loved the product. Totally worth every penny.

I mean a okay product! Doesn’t do the job better than the normal traditional iron. Not suitable for linen, creased clothes etc. If u just want a quick okay okay ironing for stepping out then it does the job. For cotton and other thin fabrics also, it can be useful. Can also be helpful for ironing curtains, sarees etc. Overall, nothing that we don't already have! 3 stars!

It literally does nothing, and it’s not the first time we get a steamer and it’s nothing like the others, the cheapest alternatives are even better than this one, using my bare hands is literally better than using this useless product it’s a total scam
