Jabsons - Roasted Chana Chickpeas (3 Pack), 150g x 3 (Hing Jeera)

I first got these at an international market in my area. However, they seem to have dropped this brand so a search led me to Amazon. They make a variety of flavors, but for me this is the best tasting one. I'm glad to be able to get it without driving all over town and without paying a premium (price was equivalent to what the store was charging). I have been putting them as a salad topping but of course they are great by themselves.

I've been buying these at my grocery store and the 3 pack was cheaper so I ordered them. I love the texture that turns sort of powdery when you chew them. Other chickpea snacks I've gotten at the health food store are so dry, like roasted edemame, I choke on them. I think the ones Ive been buying are "Americanized" flavors--lemon and mint, garlic and chili and Tandoori. I got the 3 pack of the same flavor and they are too cumin forward for me. They also have the skins on them, which I'm not use to. They have the same texture as the ones I get but I won't order these again. I'll stick to my grocery store version.

I love love love my chana! Only hard to find my favorite flavor tandoori.
