Review: LOVE THIS - The writing is fast paced and love the chemistry between Grace and Logan.. They are certainly my favourite couple out of all the four couples Review: Steamy, crazy and hilarious read. I loved it. - Off-Campus Book 2. Another fantastic read by Elle Kennedy though I must admit โThe Dealโ still remains my favorite. A perfect breather when you just want to take it easy. Synopsis: John Logan is a handsome, sexy and popular hockey player on campus. He can get any girl he wants and he knows how to party. However there is one issue - he has a huge crush on his best friendโs girlfriend. He is ashamed and frustrated and hence to divert himself he has โflingโ with well..anyone and everyone he can that is until he meets Grace. And then the fun begins. Grace is smart, cute, shy and has a tendency to blabber when she is nervous. She is thrilled to be with Logan and soon develops feelings for him. However Logan is confused as he still believes he harbours feelings for someone else. But once he realizes he has messed up big time he decides to woo Grace back and that was the best part of the book... well apart from those hilarious laugh-out-loud moments which I must say is Elleโs specialty. Being a big romance fan, let me tell you there is absolutely nothing better than a hot romantic guy pursuing his girlfriend. And boy o boy Logan does not disappoint! He is ready to do anything and everything to win Grace back and it was fun to read! Although โThe Dealโ would still be my fav. Loganโs humor and impromptu and hilarious abbreviations made me laugh so hard that my tummy hurt. Steamy, crazy and hilarious read. I loved it.

Rollercoaster
3.75โญ It was such a rollercoaster of emotions. I totally devoured the book. Logan and Grace have my heart. Grace has me cracking up with her blabbering and inner monologue. Logan on the other hand is a total heartthrob. From his charming and sarcastic side to the hidden vulnerable side, I loved everything. Elle Kennedy really knows how to write a swoon-worthy chemistry. Even tho Garrett is Logan's bff, I loved Logan-Dean's bond more. I loved the boys and their bromance and teasing. Freshman year Grace naiveness hit closer to home for me. I loved the groveling part ๐ฅณ.

College romance
I think I want to give this 4.5 stars ๐ When I started this book, I didn't think I was going to like this as much as the first one which is true because Garrett and Hannah are still my favourites. But, I also didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did. I was emotionally invested in the couple. At the beginning, Logan was pretty messed up and confused so he did make some mistakes. But, that didn't make me dislike him. I got him - I didn't like what he did but I understood his side. I also liked that he came clean to Grace pretty quickly even though he did end up hurting her feelings (which I guess was inevitable) In a way, I was glad he opened his eyes finally and realised the error of his thinking. I liked that Grace made him grovel before taking him back. I liked Grace. I loved her quiet strength. Everytime she was pushed down, she would cry her heart out and then get up move forward (eg, with rumours, mean girls, best friend, Logan) I liked them together. All the team/friends moments were fun and hilarious. I love the bromance! Also, that moment with Dean, Hannah and Logan when they go for run was cute ๐ I can't wait for Dean and Allie's book!

It all started with a mistake!
"I donโt know why I bother trying to talk to guys. I go into every conversation nervous Iโm going to embarrass myself, and then I end up embarrassing myself because Iโm nervous. Doomed from the start." I'm going to start by saying that I'm absolutely fixated on this series. I know there are some people who think that Grace & Logan were boring but I personally don't agree with it. They were so much fun together (especially Logan's grand gesture at 93%). When I read The Deal, I wanted to figure out what was up with Logan. He thought he had a thing for Hannah but he was just infatuated with the idea of love. โSo you have a talent for reading people, huh? Can you read me?โ I smile. โI havenโt quite figured you out yet.โ His husky laughter warms my cheek. โI havenโt quite figured me out yet either.โ After reading the series, I've come to a realisation that we get to know more about a character solely from his/her point of view. Their friends sure know about them on the outside but they don't know what goes on inside their mind and that was the case with both Garrett & Logan. In Garrett's book, Logan seemed to be the put together and professional bestfriend but in this book, we get to know that Logan's life is not as easy as it seems. Logan was a great guy. Sure, he made mistakes and wrong choices but that's what makes him real to me. He was such an easy, carefree, funny and thoughtful guy. He wasn't selfish and was ready to sacrifice his hockey career for his family but I'm glad that things worked out for him in the end. "Thatโs right. I said it. List. The little brat texted me not one, not two, but six tasks to complete before she agrees to a date. Or maybe gestures is a better way to phrase it." Grace was a college freshman who wanted to lose her virginity but she gets all nervous and blabbers nonstop when it comes to talking with the boys. Honestly that's what made her so relatable to me because it happens in my case too. So, when John Logan- the gorgeous hockey player accidentally stumbles into her dorm room, she is extremely nervous but they are instantly attracted towards each other and that's where their story starts. Eventually, like the typical college boy he is, Logan makes a mistake and pushes Grace away. But, I was glad that Logan didn't wallow in self pity and immediately got his act together once he realised that he'd been wrong. And Grace made him grovell a lot. I liked her for not letting him slip away with his mistake so easily. Grace didn't stand out to me as much as Hannah did but I liked her. She was cool, supportive, knew her self-worth and didn't let anyone's opinion get to her. I feel like I know more about Logan than Grace because all we knew about her was that her parents are happily divorced, she likes action movies and grew up in Hampshire, that's it. โYouโre the last person I think about before I go to sleep, and the first person I think about when I open my eyes in the morning. Youโre it for me, baby.โ Though, Garrett is still my top favourite in the series, Logan and Tucker come close. I really felt bad for Logan because him and his brother had lots of responsibilities and had to take care of it themselves when they were supposed to live their lives. Another thing I love about Elle Kennedy's books is the text message exchange between the characters. They are so hilarious and entertaining and the bromance between Garret, Logan , Dean and Tucker. The epilogue of this book satisfied me and I loved that Garrett and Logan got the chance to fulfill their common dream. I am so excited to see where these characters are now in The Legacy and I can't wait!

Loved every second of this book!
What can I say other than I LOVED EVERY SECOND OF THIS BOOK! Grace and Logan are such sweethearts and literally perfect for each other. She came into his life when he needed her the most, helped him heal and together they created a beautiful love story. I must admit Garret and Hannah and Allie and Dean (Yep, Iโm writing this review after I read The Score) kept me more on my toes but Grace and Logan are my precious babies that I keep tucked away in a special place in my heart and keep them protected at all costs. The whole Off-Campus Series is frick*n perfect!

5 STARS โ The Mistake is sweet, sexy, funny and has the prefect amount of feels! Elle Kennedy ROCKS!
The Mistake is the second book on the Off Campus series by Elle Kennedy. The Mistake is Loganโs book and I can honestly say that when I read The Deal, I fell head over heels for this character from the moment I met him. How can you not love John Logan and his cocky grin? John Logan is a player a fact that he makes no excuses for. He is a very well-known member of the Briar University hockey team and because of this; he has no problems getting the female students attention. In fact he has no issues getting any females attention, at all. But lately Logan has realized that he has been hooking up even more frequently than usual, even by his own standards. In fact his friends are noticing it as well, but what they do not know, is that he has a reason for his behavior. He is just not willing to admit it or even consider dealing with it because he is far more comfortable with running away from the problem, then facing it head on. โThis obsession with Hannah Wells is really starting to mess with my head. I need to get laid. ASAP.โ Grace Ivers is a freshman at Briar University and she is well aware of who John Logan is. Her best friend has been chasing Dean, one of Loganโs teammates for quite some time now with no success. When she bumps into Logan at a party on campus one night, immediately following one of his many hook ups she is struck by his hotness and cocky attitude, but quickly pulls herself out of the lustful fog. John Logan is a player and there is no way he would ever be interested in her, the freshman virgin. Grace also has no interest in being yet another notch on Loganโs seemingly never ending belt loop. When Logan randomly knocks on Graceโs dorm room door one evening looking for a party, she is shocked. What could he possibly want with her? It has to be a mistakeโฆ and it is, he has the wrong room but, what happens next as they say is history. Grace and Logan are attracted to one and other and the sexual tension is thick enough to cut with a knife. Lust prevails and they do hook up that night, but Logan gets freaked out and leaves Grace โhangingโ immediately afterwards. She is confused and hurt. Logan is totally clueless; he does this all the time, hooks up and runs, but then it hits him, Grace deserves better than that. Grace is better than that. โI made the guy come last night and he didnโt even stick around long enough to kiss me goodbye. So yeah, I have to face the facts: Iโm just another girl on a long list of John Loganโs conquests.โ โLeaving a girl wanting isnโt just embarrassing. Itโs unacceptable.โ Grace is not a puck bunny, in fact she doesnโt even like hockey, she prefers football. Logan doesnโt do relationships; he has no time, between Hockey and dealing with his troubled family life. When Logan is finally realizes he has feelings for Grace he doesnโt handle it well at all. He wants what Garrett has with Hannah. He is lonely and the never ending line of hook ups no longer interests him, heโs thinking constantly of Grace, other women no longer interest him at all. But he has screwed up royally; can he ever win Grace back? โIt's a damn shame that duels don't play a role in the modern world anymore.โ The Deal was the first book I had ever read by this author and I loved it, I couldnโt wait to get my hands on The Mistake. It then got buried on my kindle and I just realized I hadnโt yet gotten to read it and I moved up the list. Iโm so very glad that I did, I love Elle Kennedyโs style of writing and being a Canadian I have a real soft spot for handsome, cocky, hockey players. I love that this book was a fabulous balance of sexy and steamy, sweet and sassy, funny and emotional. I love the characters, every single one of them. I especially love that the female main characters are spunky and sassy. The story line was great and I thought that the banter between characters was very amusing. I love that each book has a happily ever after and Iโm really excited now to begin reading The Score. I hope that each and every one of the crew is given their own story in this series before it ends, because now Iโm addicted. Iโm reading The Score next; Iโm excited to read Ali and Deanโs story. If you have not yet begun to read this series, I highly recommend it; I am loving this series by this fabulous Canadian author. โThis guy continues to surprise me. To awe me. Heโs a better person than I am, better than he gives himself credit for, and if I wasnโt sure about it before, then Iโm damn well sure of it now. I love him.โ โI need you. I canโt stand the thought of being without you.โ He releases a shaky breath. โYouโre the last person I think about before I go to sleep, and the first person I think about when I open my eyes in the morning. Youโre it for me, baby.โ

But not as much as the first one. It was a very sweet and cute college romance book but I was having trouble connecting with the characters for the first half of the book. But it did pick up for me and eventually I did swoon and fall for both Logan and Grace. They were great for each other and I loved their banter I especially love the list of 6 items ๐คฃ I canโt wait to read book three and find out more about Dean! ๐คค โข Grace Ivers is a freshman at Briar and a virgin. She wants to experience all that college has to offer and in doing so her best Friend drags her out to almost every party, there she meets John Logan sexy as sin hockey star who is also a bit of man whore.. but this doesnโt stop Grace from wanting what she wants. Sheโs one of many who want John Logan. But she is also different from all the other women Logan hooks up with, she is smart, confident, and honest and she may be just what John Logan needs. But after a mistake leads grace to leave for 3 months sheโs back, and Logan isnโt going to lose her this time. โข John Logan was definitely sexy and I once again loved reading about all the hockey, but there was also much more to the story then hockey. I really enjoyed reading about Johns life and all he was sacrificing, he was a very admirable character and I loved his confidence. After a mistake with the one girl who makes John feel more heโs bound to get her back, and that means he will do absolutely anything necessary, because Grace just might be his forever girl. โข 4โญ๏ธ
