Best ear plugs you can get; and at a acceptable price. Banded earplugs are the way to go so that you can put them in and take them out no matter how dirty your hands might be. Plus they conveniently hang around your neck when not in use. Those who claim the band breaks on this item must be careless or somehow abusing them because I've had no problem with the durability of the many pairs I've owned over the last 5 years. I simply replace the item once the plugs get gross. Other banded ear plugs are terrible considering they either don't block adequate noise or simply hurt my ears. Loose plugs get lost. Muffs are too obtrusive and bulky; and usually don't sit well. Corded and loose plugs need to be handled too much, which is unacceptable if working with filthy hands. Hopefully the 3M banded ear plugs are never discontinued because they are superior to all others on the market. Definitely recommended.

Exceptional noise cancellation (slightly higher than other brands). This style always pushes into your ear pretty firmly but these manage to achieve the sound suppression without excessive pressure. The ear pieces swivel so that you can get a good fit in each ear too. I would say that at least for me continuous use would probably be uncomfortable but for some it might be fine. For my use these have been perfect!

Though they are not perhaps as sturdy as other options (I have good muffs for shooting and these are obviously not in the same class), these fit well in my ears and provide good protection both indoors and out. They are reusable which makes them a really good value. I always wear hats when I work outdoors and these work with my broad brims without getting in the way.

Great! Bought for my husband to use while mowing and trimming our yard. He said they were the best.

I am used to renting muffs at the range but wanted my own and something more portable. These were obviously a little more involved to get equipped properly, and I was concerned with the noise level when I entered the indoor range. It definitely was louder than muffs, and one side was poorly inserted and needed adjustment. Well, I kind of got used to it and didn’t worry about the noise - it wasn’t hurting my ears or anything like that, they stayed in better than I thought they would, and when I left my ears weren’t ringing or otherwise impacted at all, so I guess they are fine. I don’t think they are my ultimate solution though - I’d like to find a pair that are more secure, better insulating, and have a cable rather than the band (which is slightly awkward).

Nice ear pods but I wish the head / neck band were stronger as they snap too easily. Wash ear pods using warm soapy water. They get used regularly.

Don’t waste your time and money on this hearing protector. The plastic is cheap and much too small for an adult. I returned them immediately. Get the larger orange if you can find it.

These hearing protectors work very well. They are great at the shooting range when firing a rifle because they do not touch the stock of the rifle and therefore do not transfer noise into the shooter's ears. They are easily stored and transported and can be cleaned with a wet and soapy cloth. They certainly do as well as very expensive ear-plugs! However, they can become uncomfortable if one wears them for a long period of time. Also, stick with "earmuff" style protection when firing a pistol. These are really good for use when firing a rifle!

Lo uso para trabajar con herramientas eléctricas para carpintería/albañilería y cancela muy bien el sonido; también reduce de forma muy efectiva el ruido del compresor de aire. LO MEJOR es que, por su diseño, NO SE COLOCA EN LA CABEZA, sino en el cuello para no interferir con el uso de careta, lentes protectores y/o casco de seguridad. Para quienes quieren usar esta pieza como diadema sobre la cabeza: ahí no va, así es el diseño. Los recomiendo mucho.

This ear plug just suits me at my work place. Easy to remove and put on cause of the blue plastic holder and the plug just sits comfortably in my ears. Thank you.

Para ser producto 3M su calidad es muy baja tuve que lijar el plástico ya que lastima en cuello es x defecto de molde .Es el primer producto 3M de baja calidad pensé que será mejor que la marca EAR fue comprada x 3M pero bajo la calidad en estos productos
