Question 2

What if my home needs both the Low and High settings? How does that work?

I had mice and chipmunks.  I read the booklet and set the buttons on the sides to a different level and have not seen any trace of the critters since.  I think you have to play around with it.  I also noticed I have no bugs anywhere anymore including the pool which was filled with beetles every morning until I got this device.  Unbelievable.

Hi, we hear mice in the walls & above the ceiling, will it work through walls?

Question 4

Can I mount this unit on a wood wall? Is there a electric cord coming out of the unit, or do you plug an extension cord into it?

Not sure what the first person was talking about being able to 'mount it to a wood wall'. There are no mounting holes or hooks to mount this device. The plug sticks out the back so it is even difficult to be able to mount it with command strips or something similar. I used duck tape to tape a loop of wire to the back and then hung that on a hook. On the good side, it does seem to work. If you are using it outside (we have covered porches), you need to get the device close to where the bats 'hang out'.
